The Space:

Welcome to your vacation home that has been beautifully renovated to create a new hospitality destination within the heart of vibrant and colorful Scottsdale. The open floor plan of this home provides one large entertaining area in the center of the house that flows the dining room, kitchen, and living areas.



Featuring a brand new, state of the art Golf Simulator, two new bedrooms and full baths; our home for family and friend gatherings.



The kitchen has a free-standing kitchen island with four barstools, giving you plenty of counter space to prepare a home-cooked meal. You'll find new appliances throughout the kitchen including the basic necessities and utensils alongside a Samsung double-door refrigerator and Keurig Dual Brewer to jumpstart your morning.



Step into the beautiful backyard that features a state-of-the-art pool with waterslide and hot tub. You'll also find the private guest house aside a gas firepit. The newly added golf simulator room features and additional bedroom, bathroom and two sleeper sofas.



Our home is centrally located in north Scottsdale, just a few miles from the Kierland area which boasts amazing shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Pool heat is an additional $100 a night and applies to the length of stay.



Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
