This condo is perfect for football, leisure, snowbirds, spring training, and business travelers! When you are done exploring the area, come take a dip in the jacuzzi with friends and enjoy a night by the fire pit! Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you deserve and a whole lot more!

We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos



This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Note: This is a garden style unit that requires 1-2 floors of stairs. Please reach out to us before booking if you can't do stairs because we do have ground floor units!

We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building!



Getting Around:

Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

I had a good stay

It was nice she needs a few things like iron and iron board. Need more pots. At least bigger pots to cook with. Ice machine didn't work. But it was okay 4 the fees days I stayed.

Large apartment in a great location

Apartment was clean and much larger than I expected. Great location, close to the freeway, restaurants and shopping. Host was easy to communicate with and replied to my questions promptly. Definitely recommend if your in this area.

Nice place to stay for the final four!

First of this is a Great location if oyu are going to an event at State Farm which is within walking distance and on the way are fun restaurants and entertainment. Plenty of parking and a nice layout for two couples or a family of 4. The apartment was as listed and generally had everything you need including a washer and dryer. It was clean - we actually met the cleaning team and they were great. The host was responsive and helpful. We give them a 5 out of 5 and the only things I would list as constructive feedback are small and as follows 1) there were small things around the apartment that didn't work or were broken (tp holders and the like) that would be easy to fix that would make the apartment seen nicer 2) the pool was closed and we didn't know and came prepared to enjoy it 3) They agreed to an early check in which was very nice but then when we got there our code didn't work and we had a hard time getting in touch with the host/leasing company. We eventually did (it took about 15 minutes) and got in - the apartment wasn't cleaned yet but at least we were able to freshen up and leave our bags, meet the cleaning team who arrived quickly thereafter, so in the end it was all ok and I do appreciate that they were doing us a favor in the first place. All in all a solid place to stay and we are appreciative of it helping us have a great final four weekend!

Check in process was not clear. When I originally booked I got a text message where I had to fill out information which I did promptly. On the day of arrival I had a late flight and when I arrived I received a text around 9:45pm with check in instructions (check in was supposed to be at 4:00pm) I filled out the information, submitted my ID, drivers license, etc. I figured by the time I got to the property my check in would have been "reviewed" and ready to gain access to the property. When I arrived I still did not hear back, tried texting no response. I finally found a phone number on the website and was transferred to 3 people where I was told they are still reviewing my check in. This was now 11:00pm and I had a business meeting first thing the next morning. They finally had me re-do the check in process and send me the information to the apartment. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. There was only enough toilet paper in each bathroom for 1 use and there were no spare rolls to be found. I was staying for 3 nights so this was inconvenient to say the least There were no amenities in the shower. After searching the unit I was able to find shampoo and conditioner stashed under the bathroom sink but no soap. I had to take showers with only shampoo. Their listing states that it includes free coffee. There was a coffee machine but no coffee to be found Couch was very un comfortable, you could feel the frame from the sofa bed through the cushion.

Quick Trip to Phoenix

We stayed at this property for a quick trip to Phoenix (4 nights). The property is in a fantastic location close to shopping, restaurants and State Farm Stadium. The building and complex are very nice, pool area and gym are excellent. The unit itself is also good, slightly understocked with things like dishes and towels and the furniture could be upgraded with something more comfortable but no major problems. We would certainly stay again.

Great stay near entertainment complex and stadium

My friends and I really enjoyed are stay. Great apartment in a fantastic location - easily walkable to entertainment and restaurants and the stadium. If you're coming in for a game or concert, this is a perfect place to stay.
