This property is also convenient to a number of popular local attractions - Papago Park, the Hall of Flame Fire Museum, the Desert Botanical Garden, and the Phoenix Zoo are within two miles, ASU college and delicious eateries in Tempe are within three miles, the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is within four miles, and shopping and dining in Scottsdale are within five miles.

Inside, this comfortable condo boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and countertop seating, a dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and a living area with plush seating and a TV ready to stream all your favorite channels. The unit was nice enough, but we have issues with the service. We didn't get check in instructions until about 5 minutes before. The unit has three TV's that did not work. We contacted Casago Phoenix at the number provided. While they returned our message, nothing got done. They said that they set up a work order, but nobody contacted us. We responded to their text but heard nothing. A whole week without any TV was not on our menu.

Thank you so much for hosting us! We were very comfortable in your unit and had a nice time on the property using the amenities. We enjoyed talking with the owners/renters at the pool area. Loved the proximity to ASU to visit our daughter attending school. We would definitely rent the unit again.

The condo was in a good location for the things we wanted to do in Phoenix, includingPapago Park and Camelback. The kitchen had what we needed and the pool/hot tub were nice, though a little bit of a walk as a heads up for anyone with young kids. The upstairs neighbor’s footsteps were easily heard, and we found some of the Southwest themed decor as well as the mattresses not so cozy.

Wonderful getaway!

We stayed in this Vrbo for 2 1/2 weeks because our little guy had a medical procedure and needed to be close to Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The apartment complex was wonderful! It was quiet and all of the other tenants were very friendly. The complex was absolutely beautiful! The kids went to the swimming pool every day. They played in the game room, which was wonderful
 But just walking around the complex was wonderful. I would highly recommend this to any family.

Mother/daughter trip

This was a perfect place for my 7 year old and I to stay. The pool was great and there were other kids to play with. The condo had everything we needed and the location was centrally located close to everything. The Botanical Park, hiking and zoo are all within 5 minutes. Scottsdale, the airport and downtown are quick trips as well. My daughter loved the bunk beds and I was grateful for the bed underneath. We had a great time and highly recommend!

Great condo near a park

The condo unit was beautiful. Recently renovated with all the amenities one wants. Across the street from a park, the botanical gardens and the zoo. Perfect for small family or a couple. The only challenge was the check-in process. There was no clear unit number shared as part of the check-in process and we arrived at 23:00 trying to find the unit without any luck. We were able however to get through to the management company who was helpful in locating the correct unit within the complex of buildings. I would stay here again anytime!
