What a treasure!

Great property! Lovely neighborhood. We were able to get up and go early to hike each day without a long drive. The home is immaculate and the backyard was so fun for us. Would love to stay longer!

Great host and property!

Lots of space, deep pool, kitchen well stocked with utensils/ cookware. We unfortunately were under the impression the pool was heated, so it was a bit too cold for swimming in Feb. TVs in the bedrooms were also nice. Host was very responsive and great!

Trip to the Waste Mgmt Open

We really enjoyed staying here. House was updated and very clean. If only the weather could've been better we would have enjoyed using the outdoor space. The location was great - very close to restaurants and stores.

Perfect

Cozy house in a fantastic neighborhood. Located super close to everything- dining, grocery, Target (!!) and shopping. Host was fantastic to communicate with and extremely accommodating. This home fit my big family perfectly- they even had toys and sweet little dishes for my 2 y/o which was a lovely touch. Thank you Trey! You guys made a special trip that much better.

Everything about our stay was amazing! Clean and modern house, nice neighborhood, i felt very safe. I really liked the fenced pool area and the toys that my grand children were so excited about! Our Host was amazing and communicated well! If or when I go back I would hope to stay at the same VRBO!

Wonderful Experience!

This home is a hidden gem in a centrally located, quiet neighborhood with everything close by. We were traveling to an ASU graduation with 8 adults - twenty somethings to the grand parents. The pool and patio area were wonderful and very appreciated after long traveling days. The house is very clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. Everyone in our party was impressed. Communication with the host was excellent. He accomodated our needs as our plans were somewhat fluid. Would definitely recommend this host and home!

Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk. Good location. Lots of room to spread out in the house. . Backyard was great. It was unfortuntely a little cold to enjoy the pool.

We had a wonderful stay. House is modeled and furnished tastefully to make you feel comfortable. It has all the modern amenities and very close to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. Trey and Jo are wonderful hosts with super fast communication. They took care of everything to make our stay fun

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway. Great safe location near a walking trail and park. Also close to restaurants and entertainment. The property was so clean and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive. I’d highly recommend this rental property.

Perfect, clean, fun!

This fun place looked just as it did in the pictures, clean, modern and fun! The backyard was perfect for kids to run around and the pool was gated so we didn’t need to worry about that. They had a pool table and bbq, and the dining table was big enough for all of us. They even had a collection of toys for the the kids to play with which was an awesome bonus. The rooms were comfortable and clean as well as the bathrooms. Communication between owner was easy and prompt. We’d totally stay here again!

Perfect for our group

We decided to stay VRBO instead of the usual Hotel that we used the last 20 years. We have been visiting AZ yearly. This was a very cozy house that made all of us feel at home. The location was central for us. And we enjoyed finding new restaurants. We will be back next year! The house was clean and set up perfect.
