Welcome to a private and luxurious escape in North East Mesa! City View Manor is known for its magnificent 360-degree views from a multitude of patios overlooking the city. This massive 6-bedroom, 4.5- bathroom estate boosts 3 floors and is the perfect destination for family gatherings, bachelor/bachelorette celebrations, or just relaxing getaway. This home offers ample amount of space and comfort for your family, friends or colleagues.
This home features a large 55,000-gallon private pool with a custom in-ground spa, 6 hole putt-putt course, frisbee golf, cornhole, ping pong table, pool table, pond full of Koi fish and four large patios for entertaining with breath taking views from each area. There's plenty of space to relax and unwind as well, with comfortable seating and lounge areas throughout the home. This property backs up to Usery Mountain Regional Park known for many great hiking trails.
