You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.

Pets are allowed upon prior approval and subject to additional cleaning fees:

We allow up to 2 pets (dogs or cats only). Breed restrictions apply:
Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrids.
Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty.
Noise & Security
âą Noise monitors (non-recording) are installed to detect excessive decibel levels. Tampering will result in a fee.
âą Hallway security cameras are in place for guest safety.
