My family and I stayed her for almost a week and had a wonderful time! The hosts were very easy to work with, their instructions and communication was clear and easy to use. I would definitely recommend staying here. Our favorite part was the spacious private backyard, it was great to have an area to let the kids run around and play in.

Great location for ballparks

This house worked great for the 2 of us. Nice relaxing back yard before/after games Very clean, roomy inside. Host was extremely responsive to our 1 request. Soft towels. Fresh ground coffee for coffee maker was an unexpected perk! Park nearby for walking, jogging. I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for a 3 bed, 2 bath home.

Great house in a great location and greats hosts

Very very happy with our stay here. We are used to short term rentals having the absolute cheapest and most uncomfortable furniture and decor and being generally unwelcoming, and this was far from that. The house was very clean and comfortable. The furniture was all comfortable, especially the beds (including the trundle. A 6'7" person slept on it quite comfortably). The house is within walking distance to shops and grocery stores and it is very central in the Phoenix area, making it easy to get anywhere we needed within 10-20 mins by car. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, and utensils. The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo and soaps. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to any queries we had. Honestly this was one of the best stays we have had at a short term rental in a long time. We stayed for over two weeks and we could have stayed for another two.
