Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home and grounds, including the pool, game room, and guest casita, with the exception of a locked cleaners' closet.



The Neighborhood:

This home sits in Cave Creek's high desert foothills, with the town's Old West-style shops, galleries, and restaurants just a short drive away.



Food & drink: A quick trip into Cave Creek proper puts you near local saloons, steakhouses, and southwestern eateries.

Outdoors: Hiking trails and desert scenery are close by, with Black Mountain and nearby regional parks offering great views and trail options.

Around town: Old Town Scottsdale and Phoenix are roughly 35-40 minutes away, putting golf, shopping, dining, and entertainment well within reach for a day trip.

Getting there: Uber and Lyft do operate in the area, though service can be less frequent than in the city core.



Getting Around:

A car is your best bet for exploring, since Cave Creek's charm is spread across a relaxed, spread-out desert landscape. Rideshare is available, but having your own wheels makes it easier to hit Scottsdale, Phoenix, and everything in between on your own schedule.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs per stay. We just ask that pups are crate trained and that you pick up after them. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted. A dog run is available for your pup, and since coyotes are occasionally active in the area, we recommend keeping pets supervised when they're outside.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



An exterior security camera is installed on the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.



Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.



The pool isn't heated, though it tends to warm up nicely on its own from about June through September!



Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
