The host Luis was Great! I really enjoyed my stay! Very Cozy casitas. I loved the fact I could park right in front of my front door as well as not having to carry my e-bike up any stairs. Perfect for long or short stays.

Great Little Place!

Thank you for a great stay! The pictures don't do this home justice. It looks completely upgraded from the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise upon arrival. The place was clean and had a pleasant and fresh smell when we came in. Check in was super easy as was the checking out process. The yard was really great and had plenty of seating for everyone. We ended up not having to bring our two small dogs, but the yard would have been perfect for the both of them. The kitchen had everything you needed including a toaster and microwave. The fridge and freezer were cold. The rooms were a good size as was the bathroom and shower. My biggest suggestion would be to have regular TV available with a cable connection. We couldn't figure out the Roku, and with all of us liking to watch TV at the end of the day and in bed, it was a little frustrating not having access to live TV in the living room and bedrooms. One other suggestion would be to please provide more than three towels. Really, those were my only complaints... And I don't even really consider them huge deals, just suggestions for future guests :) I would 100% stay here again. Luis is super quick at answering any questions and is easy to get ahold of through the app and through texting. He also knows that your navigation will probably send you to the apartments next door and lets you know EXACTLY what to look for when finding the place. Because the concert we were attending in AZ had to be rescheduled, I had to change my dates on Luis, and he was VERY understanding and issued a full refund until I had the new dates to book the house at a later date. Overall, it was a great little house to stay in while we were in town, and with the price, it can't be beat. Thanks again!!

Clean little place

Well as I stated it was clean. As for the pictures of the property, The couch and the water cooler were in the unit I rented. And the flooring was new. The lot out front left a lot to be desired, we drove past it 2 times before deciding it was the right place. It had everything we needed except a toaster. Which was weird. The pictures were obviously from somewhere else.

The apartment was well kept and newly renovated.

My husband and I are new timers to renting like this. Lois was very happy to answer all our questions. We ended up coming in late and Lois made sure our key was waiting for us. Don't let the dirt lot deter you from staying. The inside apartment was very clean with new flooring. It was however, very dark outside when we pulled up. We mentioned this to Lois. We will rent from him again. Very happy!

Not Ready for occupents.

when we arrived there was no one there to let us in. we tried several times to get a hold of someone and had no luck as telephone would not receive calls. We then called VRBO and they set us up in a motel for the night at the Sheraton Inn in Phoenix. We were then contacted later by the person that was supposed to be there and made arrangements to meet him there the next morning.when we got in , there was no toilet paper, no linens . the TV did not work and the cloths washer and dryer were in another unit that didn't work proper as it pretty near walked itself off the platform while washing the clothes, was supposed to be at our unit as advertised. the floors we found very dirty as the bottom of our feet were black after walking on them just to go to the bathroom. we had to wash them ourselves as they should have been clean for us as we were charged a cleaning fee. the outside furniture was all covered with old dust as we had to clean that also and the back door you could see daylight under it and the kitchen drawers need to be fixed. all I can say is that place needs a good caretaker if they are in that kind of business. Sorry to say is we will not be going there again.

Cozy Home with all of the Necessary Amenities

I have rented Luis’s quaint & cozy casita twice now and I haven’t been disappointed either time. The casita is centrally located by many shops, grocery stores, etc., and is great as well if you have canine companions as there is a private patio and a Dog Park a couple of blocks away. Plates, dishes, cups were provided as well as a stocked bathroom. I would not hesitate to rent this property again in the near future. Great job Luis! Rommel Garcia

Family visit

Luis was very accomindating. We needed a location. Close to Sun City and this future the need perfectly. My husband and I enjoyed the quiet setting and private location. House was clean and had everything we needed for ourselves and to entertain his parents for dinner. We will stay there next time we visit his family.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Luis is a great and friendly host that I would come back for a visit just to say hi. He offered great tips about things to do and was available via text or in person, as needed. The property was clean and organized - made to feel like a home and not a hotel where millions have traveled. It is cozy, more than enough room, and had a great layout. The large covered back patio is a treat along with a huge fenced yard for my dog. I had no issues for my entire 9 day stay and really loved that I had sidewalks in the area to take walks. Shopping conveniences are all around from groceries, to food, libraries, pharmacies, etc. True suburban accommodations yet set back off the street for privacy. I'd definitely recommend it for the away from home appeal and nearness to much of what Phoenix has to offer.

Great little place

I stayed here for 4 nights while waiting for my house to close. The place had everything I needed. The area was quiet, I slept great on the very comfortable mattress, and my 2 fur babies loved the big back yard. I would stay here again and/or recommend to my friends and family staying in the area.
