The property is perfect for friends and corporate retreats. Walk the grounds of Casablanca and enjoy everything that Scottsdale has to offer nearby!

- Television: The home is equipped with WIFI SmartTVs with YouTube TV and you may also log into your own streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu, Etc.) There is no traditional cable TV
- Family: Travel crib and high chair are available upon request
- Coffee: Standard drip coffee maker, Keurig, and Nespresso Original machine
- LuxeKey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Fireplaces: Due to safety concerns and fire risks fireplaces are not for guest use

Rules, Regulations, and Policies:
- Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided. Guest will be subject to processing fees for cancelations resulting from under age reservations.
- Pets allowed and must be approved prior to arrival with a $100 per pet cleaning fee and a deposit of $300.
- Undisclosed pets are subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- No smoking allowed. Subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of neighboring properties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and fines ranging from a minimum of $500 up to $5,000. Additional charges may apply for damages and/or excessive cleaning.
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- Per Paradise Valley ordinances any guests with a verified sex offender history will be asked to cancel their reservation at their expense.
- A complete guest list must be provided within 48 hours of booking and a sex offender background check must be performed on every guest staying the night at the property.
- Last-minute and/or local reservations may be subject to an additional verification process and a security deposit.


Per Paradise Valley Ordnance 2022-03 The Follow Must Be Displayed:
- You must meet in person with the owner of this property during check-in. The owner will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Paradise Valley Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.
- You must not use this property for any of the uses identified in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets any violation thereof shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00 in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
- The use of this short-term rental to house sex offenders is prohibited.
- The owner of this short-term rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.

Amazing Vacation Stay!

Our group absolutely enjoyed this wonderful home! There are many luxurious spaces for groups to hang out and I don't think we were even able to enjoy all of them before we left. Casa Blanco was the perfect property for our family of 6 adults, 2 children and an infant. Between the pool, the pickleball court, the playground the outdoor kitchen, the kitchen and outdoor kitchen for family gatherings, there was something for everyone. We were so sad to leave but will be back!

Beautiful and spacious home great for entertaining

This was the perfect home to host our 4 couples spring golf trip as there are 5 bedrooms (4 in the main home and one in the casita) all with private baths attached! It has a beautifully landscaped yard that includes areas for lounging, dining, bbq, pool, pickleball, basket ball and a generous sized kids play structure. Located in Paradise Valley close to restaurants, with great hiking and golf options nearby. Check in and out was seamless, and the host contact was quick to reply to any request or questions we had. The charges are a little steep for heating the pool and any extra services/activities they provide, but we plan to stay again!

Amazing Property

This is an amazing property especially the outdoor space. It gives you a great opportunity to spread out and enjoy the pool area, outdoor grill, various tables to gather/eat, and even to play a little basketball. The kitchen is perfect for big and small meals with top of the line appliances.We were a little disappointed that part of the house was without hot water for showers one morning but they did send out a plumber and by late that evening hot water was restored.

One of my kids favorite houses to ever stay at

The house is very impressive. My kids said it was their favorite house we have ever stayed at. The backyard, pool and playground and pickle ball and seating areas were really nice. A large well-stocked kitchen. Really peaceful neighborhood location.
