Stunning desert escape in the center of Scottsdale. This property features a resort-like backyard with a stunning desert landscape. The private pool is a backyard oasis complete with a built-in gas grill, large patio table, spa, outdoor firepit, and comfortable lounge chairs. The 4 bedrooms all have plush mattresses and contemporary bedding. Bedroom configurations are king, queen, queen, and two twins. Every modern convenience is at your fingertips, with wi-fi and cable. This home has plenty of entertainment for the whole family including a pool table and board games. Located 20 min from the airport in the heart of trendy North Scottsdale. You are only 10 minutes or so from annual events including FBR/Phoenix Open, and Barret-Jackson Auto Auction. As well as a short drive to Salt River Spring Training Complex, and Fiesta Bowl. The home is surrounded by tons of activities such as local world-class golf courses hiking trails, and the amusement park Crackerjacks!

No pets allowed.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm - 9 am.
Pool Heat - $150 + tax per day *Need 48-hour advanced notice. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool service is every Thursday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

The hot tub was broke and did t work. That was a big feature we were looking for. The window shades/blinds are pathetic. The one room has big holes in its blinds. None of the blinds blocked the window sun.

Amazing little oasis in Arizona

The properties backyard is a vacation dream. The teenagers loved the pool, all the areas that they could take photos, was a great for outdoor dining.

Pool and bbq area were good, plenty of space. It would be nice to have had hand rails to make getting into the pool easier for people with lower mobility. A few items were missing from the kitchen (kettle for cups of tea, ironing board, clothes airer and scissors) overall a very pleasant stay and would stay again!

Great stay at Casa Voltaire

Casa Voltaire is a wonderful older desert home with a fabulous back yard. Our family of 4 stayed for a week in November/22 and had a great time. We were very comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities the house and yard had to offer.

The Pool!

We rented this to have private access to a pool and this place was perfect! Kids loved it. Has a great grilling area as well, awesome backyard set up.

We have booked with VRBO many times and this was our first negative experience. The pictures were deceiving, the interior of the house is much older than it appears in pictures. There was a hole in the ceiling, which now that I read through old reviews has been unknown issue and hasn’t been fixed. Overall, this house has a lot of deferred maintenance. The pillows were uncomfortable and the home had a musty old odor. The yard on the other hand was beautiful, so if you plan on staying outside and don’t really care about the interior then this would be a great home for you.

Golf getaway

Excellent location

The property is such an excellent location- under 30 mins from airport, literally 15 minutes or less to Old Town, and nearly every tourist site in Scottsdale. Great restaurants & shopping minutes away. The home was fine, but a little dated. Was well equipped with Washer/dryer, kitchenware, but it was the outdoor space that was really great. The pool, hot tub, grill, patio furniture was all very well used.

Great Home, great location

We truly enjoyed our stay (4 guys on week long golf trip). This Scottsdale home had it all....4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, 2 large TVs, a pool, hot tub and an 8 ft pool table. The home itself was located in a quiet neighborhood, with shopping and excellent restaurants within a 5 minute drive. After spending the day on a golf course, it sure was nice to spend time on the shaded backyard patio. When we come back to Scottsdale this home will be at the top of our list.

Perfect for a week long stay in AZ

This place was great! Only some minor issues, the primary bathroom set up was not great, the vanity was open to the sleeping area so you could see and hear everything if one person was getting ready and the other was sleeping. All the beds have foots on them so if you're over 6'4" (like me) it was hard to fit in the bed without hitting your feet. The pool and outside area was great!

The house is as shown. Plenty of space for everyone. Kids had fun playing pool and in the pool. Great location. Only complaint was the oven. We tried to cook frozen pizza snd after 40 mins was cooked enough. Even tried broiler and that did not work well.

Best vacation!

House is beautiful!! Brand new plush towels for the house and pool. Shampoo conditioner soap tissues toilet paper paper towels. Fully stocked house. Bedrooms have beautiful white cotton linens Outdoor living space makes for such a perfect vacation setting. Enjoy outdoor dining and living space. Pool and jacuzzi are delightful !! All you need in one perfect setting and a fantastic quiet neighborhood.
