Step outside to your private backyard oasis, where a sparkling swimming pool awaits. The pool is heated from October through April at no additional cost, with the heater set to 85°F. Please note that if outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F, the pool may not maintain full heat.

This home is conveniently located with easy access to major roads and freeways, making it simple to explore Scottsdale, Phoenix, and surrounding areas. Just a short drive from Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe, and Sky Harbor Airport, you’ll find everything from dining and shopping to outdoor adventures within easy reach.

While rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, having a car is recommended for the most flexibility and convenience during your stay. Free parking is available on the property and on the street, making it easy to come and go as you please.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Private swimming pool is heated at no additional cost and set at 85 degrees., If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature will be lower than 85 degrees. Pool is serviced once per week, we do not have 24 hours pool attendant. Guests are to use net and skimmer provided as needed between pool cleaning.
