Gorgeous, safe, and ideally located, you will absolutely love this beautifully designed and decorated residence with your very own backyard oasis! Located where Mesa, Tempe, and Chandler meet, you will be only minutes away from the best of all these East Valley cities have to offer: Restaurants, shopping, area attractions, nightlife, and freeway access are all only a short distance away while the quiet and safe neighborhood will be sure to please.

It starts with the large, private backyard that features a refreshing diving pool, multiple comfortable shaded seating areas, and a grassy area to enjoy the backyard games.

Inside, you will find a contemporary four bedroom home with neutral colors and beautiful accents.

-Bedroom 2 with Queen Bed.
-Bedroom 3 with Full Bed and Work Desk.
-Bedroom 4 with 2 Single Beds.

Our stay was great. The kitchen could have used a better cleaning. The pool was great and Cory was very quick at coming over and helping us fix the lounge chairs and bringing us over pans to cook breakfast. It was very cute and cozy.

Beautiful AZ Home!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Casa Posada! It is very comfortable, clean and the property manager is very responsive! The pool is wonderful- our son's had a blast swimming. Highly recommend!

Sunny days with Palm trees!

We enjoyed the house it was so inviting and a great get away. The sunny day and playing in the pool was Awesome! Really enjoyed cooking on the grill and in the kitchen. There was enough room for all my children to have their own room or space. The house inside and out was a pleasure to be in and look at. Thank you again for letting my family enjoy your home! Phoenix draft party visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Very clean and all the neccessary items are furnished. We took full advantage of the pool. Our kids were content with swimming in the pool as much as possible. We will definitely stay in this again when we visit Phoenix. If i have to say anything negative; it would be nice if curtains/blinds could be hung over the sliding door to the backyard. Other than that we loved this house. ☆☆☆☆☆

Caroline and Cory are wonderful hosts with a clean space that’s updated and well stocked with towels, blankets, and cooking utensils. The pool is large and also very clean. Great proximity to lots of shopping and dining in PHX. 10/10 would stay again if we came back to PHX!

The house was just perfect for our needs. Everything was neat and clean with enough save for the seven adults. We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the yard. Even though it was too cold for swimming, my brother did take two quick dips in the pool. Enjoyed our stay and would book again

Amazing property!

My friends and I stayed for the weekend and had a wonderful time! The house was clean and perfect for a getaway! The pool is huge and the backyard is perfect for lounging. I would stay again and Cory was a very nice host. Check in was so easy. The location is perfect too.

This property is nicely finished. The home was nice and clean upon check in. There is plenty of space to relax. A Perfect Home Away from Home!

Wonderful house and the owners were fabulous! Great part of town in Mesa and tons of stuff to do in area. The house was clean, ac worked great in the heat and the pool was fantastic. Everything we needed was provided for our stay. We didn’t want to leave. Will definitely return.

An absolute beautiful home!

Pictures don’t do it justice! Very nice pool, comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen supplies, loved the Keurig coffee maker! We spent most of our time on the huge shaded patio by the pool. Very clean. Nice, quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from the airport. Short drive to stores/restaurants. Will definitely stay again!
