HOME AND COMMON AREAS: WELCOME TO CASA ALLEGRO!
Upon entering Casa Allegro, you'll find a comfortable formal living room area with a wall-mounted television and a Lay-Z-Boy sofa and love seat, providing plenty of seating for you and your family to enjoy a movie together or discuss the events of the day.

Pass through to a 6-seat formal dining area complete with a dedicated coffee and juice bar. Adjacent to the dining room is a small office area with a dedicated desk in an armoire. Bring your laptop and plug into a provided monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

Just behind the dining area is a solitary seating area, which includes a wall-mounted television and a Barca lounger with an ottoman - the perfect area for reading, working on a crossword puzzle, or catching up on your favorite television show.

KITCHEN:
To the right of the main living area is a true cooks kitchen, fully appointed with electric range, dishwasher, microwave hood and side by side refrigerator. During your stay try a new recipe in the provided insta-pot or bake up some sweet treats as this kitchen includes baking equipment and supplies. Plenty of prep, cook and serveware for entertaining friends and family.

ARIZONA ROOM:
Move into the Arizona Room through one of the 2 sliding door leading from the solitary seating area or kitchen and step into a delightful and bright space designed for multi-functional uses. Off the kitchen is a 2 person bistro table, perfect for morning coffee and planning your days in sunny paradise.

The Arizona room also includes a 2nd barca lounger with ottoman, wall mounted TV, game table and a collection of fun board games, cards, dominoes, puzzles. Spend hours of fun and enjoyment with family and friends knowing this home provides ample space for others to relax and be undisturbed in other quiet spaces in this home.

BED AND BATH:
Master bedroom suite includes a comfortable King bed, plenty of dresser storage, 2 chair retreat and wall mounted television. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and single sink. Walk in closet (3 rod) is directly across from the bath.

Second bedroom is spacious with, wall mounted television, 6 drawer dresser, small walk in closet and is steps away from the main bathroom. Main bathroom is over sized with roman soaking tub and single vanity.

Hospitality cotton/blend sheets with down alternative pillows and duvets will ensure you have restful nights. Rest assured your towels and soft goods are plush and will provide a luxurious feel and leave you feeling clean and refreshed.

LAUNDRY, YARD and GARAGE:
2 car garage with Full size top load washer and side by side regular dryer.

Home also comes supplied with pickle ball and tennis rackets, 1 set of golf clubs (mix/match intro sets), 2 bicycles and helmets.

TECHNOLOGY and OTHER DETAILS:
WiFi is included, 30 MB download speed. TV content is provided via Amazon Fire Stick (Streaming). Sling provided with the house, guests can log into their own streaming accounts (Hulu, DirectNOW, Netflicks, Prime Video, etc.)

Monthly guests staying during the summer (July, August, September) months will be billed for their electricity usage per APS statement.

SURROUNDING AREA:

This 55+ community includes an enviable lineup of amenities that includes four recreation centers, nine golf courses and nine restaurants. The recreation centers house a variety of attractions such as indoor and outdoor pools, state-of-the-art fitness centers, indoor and outdoor walking tracks, ballrooms, dance studios, hobby and craft rooms, computer lab, Stardust Theater, concert hall and library.

The R.H. Johnson Center is spread across 48 acres and includes six activity areas with 118,000 square feet of amenities under one roof. It is the largest activity center in Arizona. The Palm Ridge Center clubhouse has three pools including one outdoor and two indoor, plus a large fitness center, tennis courts, indoor walking track, ballroom and club rooms. The Beardsley Center features an Olympic-size indoor pool, fitness center, club and meeting rooms, mini-golf course, horseshoes, greenhouse and a park with shady picnic pavilions. A fourth clubhouse, the Kuentz Center includes an exercise room, outdoor pool, tennis courts, walking track, softball field, club and meeting rooms, woodworking shop and the Stardust Theatre.

The grounds are adorned with amenities that beckon for residents to come out and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. Numerous tennis, bocce ball, pickleball and shuffleboard courts are dotted throughout the community. Additionally, the community has a softball field, lawn bowling rinks, volleyball and basketball courts, walking trails, garden plots and dog parks.

Prior to checking out we have 4 TLC's:

T - Trash. Please make sure your kitchen and food waste is bagged and placed in the COMMUNITY DUMPSTER. Thank You

L - Linens and Towels. Leave the beds unmade and place soiled towels in the bathtub and/or showers.

C - Comfort. Set the Thermostat to 83 degrees and turn off the lights, fans and kitchen appliances

S - Security. Keys, remotes, windows and doors.
* Leave the keys (if used) and the garage door remote in the
wire rack on the kitchen wall
* Make sure all windows and doors are locked (front door and
garage door) and blinds are closed.
* Your smart lock code will expire at [departureTime] on [departureDate]

REPORTING OF TRAVEL ISSUES: GUEST agrees to report any issues of unsatisfaction to HOST immediately upon finding said issue but no later than 24 hours after finding it. GUEST will cooperate with HOST and allow for a reasonable solution. NOTE: Photos are taken of the premises after each cleaning and prior to GUEST check in. These date and time stamped images will be used against claims brought by GUEST.
REHOUSING – HOST will not be held financially responsible to rehouse GUEST if unsatisfied or if GUEST chooses to vacate early. GUEST will seek assistance from the booking platform.
