Stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom remodeled bungalow on Phoenix’s prestigious midtown east near shopping, restaurants, & entertainment. Biltmore Fashion Park is 2 miles, Downtown Phoenix 3 miles, Arcadia is 4 miles, Old Town Scottsdale 6 miles, and Sky Harbor Airport 2 miles.

It's a wonderful two-bedroom floor plan with the master bedroom featuring a king bed and ensuite bath. The guest bedroom boasts two queen beds and is served by the hall bath steps away. Both bathrooms have showers, one-piece toilets, and a vanity sink.

The living room is oversized with a themed mural. It boasts two modern sofas, club chair, dining room table with 4 chairs (plus 2 more in the closet), and a bistro table with 2 barstools. In addition to the living room's 55" TV, there is a record player with about 30 albums and a lending library with a wide selection of books.

The kitchen features Robin Egg blue appliances, including a refrigerator, a dual-fuel range, a dishwasher, a microwave, a blender, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Next to the back door, you'll find a full-size front-loading washer and dryer. This door leads to your private charcoal barbecue and a picnic table along the walkway to the pool.

There's a fully fenced (approximately 3 feet high) front yard furnished with a picnic table, four Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit, as well as a fully fenced (about 6 feet high) backyard perfect for your furry family members.

The entire private Blue Bungalow is yours, along with the fully fenced front and back yards. You have a BBQ outside the back door, and the walkway to the sparkling private heated pool you will share with the other two bungalows. The pool hours are 8am-10pm. You have Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit in the front yard along with a picnic table. Please bring your own charcoal, firewood, lighter and lighter fluid.

We provide starters, a half dozen K-cups or so, for your coffee needs upon arrival. We do not restock during your visit. Please enjoy our sharing library—take a book, leave a book. We also have a vinyl record player and about 20 albums of a wide variety. Enjoy the music, but please don’t take any albums with you.

We LOVE dogs, and they stay for free. Sorry, we don’t permit cats due to allergies.
