So much to do and see. This is about a 30-45 minute drive from Sky Harbor depending on time of day.

Guests are responsible for pet poop pick up and disposal in the outside trash can.

Trash is picked up on Thursday. We have a concierge service to pull the cans to the curb for you. Recycle materials only in the Recycle bin. A $75 trash pickup service charge will be charged excess trash pick up.

This is a single family home in a great North Peoria Neighborhood. The whole house is yours. Spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a great back yard, patio, pool and BBQ out back. Plenty of room to park with a 3 car garage.

We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona.

Our family business is Cadaci Vacation Rentals. We partner with a third party high technology app called DACK to enhance our guest experience.

We are probably a lot like your family. We love to get together to cook and eat, hang out and swim, hike, and travel. We love to take our dogs with us whenever possible whether it’s for a hike or a vacation.
