The space
This spacious one story home brings the fun and relaxation.Vaulted ceilings and bright decor give a delightful airyness to the space.

From the front door, you'll enter into large kitchen which opens on the family room. A table for six and 3 bar stools at the island make for lots of seating. Standard appliances as well as toaster oven, coffee maker and lots of other small appliances are available for your use.

To the west, you'll find the pool room. A sublte sports theme adds to the fun. Double doors open wide allowing those shooting pool to stay connected to guests in the kitchen or family room. This room can also be accessed from the hallway. Both doors can be closed for privacy if needed.

The family room includes a comofortable sofa, which can be pulled out into a queen bed, as well as two recliner chairs. A 58" Roku TV and chess/checkers table make it an inviting place to hang out. Large windows and sliding glass door look out onto the pool.*

The large Primary Bedroom is spacious and airy. It includes a very large walk in closet. A work space with desk and printer is located on the west wall of the bedroom. The attached private bathroom features a large walk-in shower and dual sinks. A private sliding glass door* acesses the pool from the Primary bedroom.

The high ceilings in both guest bedrooms make them feel all the more spacious. The most southerly guest room is furnished with two twin beds and also features a smaller walk in closet. The second room is furnished with a king sized bed which can be converted to two twin beds if desired. All bedrooms include nightstand and mirror.

The second bathroom includes a bathtub/shower. Separate door to water closet allows access to mirror and sink even when toilet or tub are in use.

Located behind the kitchen, guests will find a spacious laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. Access to the 2 car garage is located next to the laundry room.

Relax in the pool or on the patio. Gas grill, patio furniture, chairs and umbrella make a great space for outdoor meals!

*For child safety, both sliding glass doors are equipped with alarms which sound if the door is opened without pressing the bypass button ( which is at adult height). This is in compliance with state law to ensure that little ones do not enter the backyard without adult supervision.
Guest access
Guests can access the whole house, 2 car garage and backyard which is prepared for their stay. Guests can not access detached 3rd car garage.
Other things to note
Please note that this home features 5-6 beds depending upong the guests preference. The king sized bed in the guest bedroom can be converted into two twin beds. Let us know which set up you prefer and we will prepare the bedroom according to your preference.
