    Create some of your favorite vacation memories at this desert charmer! Surrounded by mature landscaping, from the moment you pull up the drive you'll feel at home. As you walk inside, you will instantly take notice of the living room's leather seating and large Smart TV. Steps from here, the full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops, making cooking a breeze.

    Down the hallway, the primary bedroom features a remote workstation, a large TV, ample storage space, and an en suite bathroom. No one's comfort will go unattended to, as each of the rooms is cooled by central air-conditioning and adorned with soft linens. A private washer/dryer ties together the interior amenities.

    Outside, enjoy Arizona's radiant weather from the invigorating water of the private pool. Pair your pool dips with a soak in the hot tub. Close to your stay, enjoy visiting Verrado Golf Club, Sundance Park, Estrella Mountain Regional Park, Desert Sky Mall, and multiple delicious dining options.

    As golfers we needed a reasonably priced, convenient location, that would be clean, have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool, hot tub, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and tv. This property checks all the boxes. We found nice breakfast restaurants within a few miles, too.

    Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable, in the perfect location. Checking in and checking out was so easy and seem less. The pool was beautiful, I wish there was more light in the backyard or in and around the pool for better night swimming (it’s pretty dark in the backyard after the sun sets). But overall 10/10 and our family will be booking again in the future.

    Nice back yard

    The back yard was great!! We rented this house due to location to my son's house. I would say that the listing needs updated. There was no umbrella in pool like it shows in photos. Wish there was one for shade! The master bed room does not have TV, which said it did. I do believe the bed in master room needs to be upgraded or have an topper added to it, the mattress needs help!!! But the house was great for what we needed and the back yard is the best part of this home!!!

    The place is beautiful and the property manager was extremely accessible. Enough towels for an army. Very well maintained property.

    Relaxing and comfortable

    Everything was wonderful. The home seems brand and was beautifully decorated. The back yard space was perfect and relaxing. The only two negatives we experienced were: 1. The propane table was out of propane. When we contacted VACASA, we were told they were not responsible for propane. I asked why that wasn't mentioned in the listing (although it says there is a fire pit) but they never responded. 2. The other small matter was the hot tub. It was a little low on water and smelled like it needed to be treated. We also inquired about that and received no answer. One other minor issue that occurred was the power in the living room went out twice, however, VACASA was very responsive and directed us to the electrical panel where we reengaged a tripped breaker. Overall, we had a wonderful time and it was exactly what we hoped for.

    Our Stay in the Desert

    We traveled from California to stay here for my nieces wedding. The home was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed it very much! Especially the outside amenities of the pool, jacuzzi and putting green.

    Great

    This was our homebase while checking out the Verrado/ Victory area. Not too far of a drive to get to the area we wanted to explore, however, if you want to get a feel for the Verrado/Victory area you should stay near Main Street. That being said, this place was super clean, decorated nicely, comfy beds, awesome communication. We had a good experience and would recommend!
