Pool & Spa Heating Policy:
Pool heat is optional and available for an additional $120 per night or $700 per week (minimum 3-night charge). Given the size of the pool (20,000+ gallons) and the cost of propane, this fee ensures efficient heating. If you prefer to heat only the spa, a separate $50 per night fee applies.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

To guarantee heating upon arrival, payment and requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

Strict No-Party & Event Policy:
We enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and events. The City of Glendale strictly regulates noise disturbances, and violations may result in fines and potential removal of this listing from rental platforms. Please respect the space, be mindful of neighbors, and adhere to quiet hours.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
