Q. A quelle distance se trouve la maison de la vieille ville?
UNE. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas la région. Old Town est à l'extrême sud de Scottsdale. Notre maison et la plupart des maisons que vous regardez dans la région sont à environ 15 à 20 minutes en voiture de la vieille ville. La plupart des locations dans la vieille ville sont des condos ou des hôtels de style villégiature.

Q. A quelle distance se trouve la maison de l'aéroport?
UNE. La plupart des gens arrivent à Phoenix Sky Harbor. Ceci est environ 20 à 30 minutes de la plupart des endroits à Scottsdale. Si vous voyagez en privé à l'aéroport de Scottsdale, vous n'êtes qu'à 10 minutes environ.

Q. Comment fonctionne la chaleur de la piscine?
UNE. Si vous souhaitez chauffer la piscine, le chauffage commence 24 à 48 heures avant votre arrivée. Nous chauffons la piscine jusqu'à 85 degrés. Il y a un coût pour ajouter de la chaleur à la piscine. Si la chaleur de la piscine est demandée, elle est appliquée à tout le séjour.

UNE. Oui, Scottsdale est une grande ville dispersée. De nombreux restaurants, bars et magasins se trouvent à proximité.

Great week in a great house

We stayed here April 26- May 3, 2025. House location was great. Large lots for all the homes in the area and quiet neighborhood too. We took our adult children and grandchildren ages 1,3 and 5 and hardly ever left the property because they all enjoyed it so much. The pool was amazing we paid to have it heated and ended up having to turn it down because it was too warm! Used Shipt shoppers for groceries and brought in take out a couple of times and ate on the covered patio. The pickleball court and putting green were a hit with the kids. The yard and ebterior of the house could use a little sprucing up but all in all a fantastic place to stay as a family!

Disappointing

Spent 5 days on property for Spring Training. Property was listed with lots of outside activities for adults and kids alike. Inside of home was clean and had nice layout for 3 families. Kitchen wasn’t stocked with enough cleaning supplies, dish towels, trash bags, etc. Be prepared to bring your own. Ice maker did not work on refrigerator. Outside was a major disappointment. The pool and spa were non functional 4 out of 5 days. Technicians were sent out 5 times and issues were not resolved leaving us without one of the major reasons we booked this property. And, dead mouse was in pool when we arrived. Property management was not willing to give any compensation refund for lack of nonfunctional pool/spa. Would not book again. Not worth money spent.

Family Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this property for our family vacation! It met all our needs and provided everything we could ask for. From spacious and comfortable rooms to great amenities, we didn’t even feel the need to leave the house. It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together.The only minor issue was the pool, which could use some cleaning, as there was a lot of dirt and leaves at the bottom. Other than that, everything was well-maintained and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Family getaway

Unique looking home. Loved the backyard area. Really wish there was a heater in both the hot tub and the pool. Definitely found with our group that we would’ve been using both simultaneously, particularly because the air was cool during certain times where some of our family would have enjoyed visiting with those in the pool while being in the hot tub. Even if it meant an extra daily charge, it would’ve been worth it. Loved having the laundry facility, just wish there was a laundry basket. Would’ve definitely been helpful for transitioning things from the dryer to a place to fold them. Also appreciated the start up waters in the refrigerator, but would definitely have enjoyed simple things like salt and pepper, Nonstick spray, things that you don’t necessarily wanna have to purchase at the grocery store because you won’t take them home and you won’t use them all. Management was very responsive when had questions through texting. Appreciated that there were lots of beach towels. Do wish that we could’ve controlled the temperature in the home a bit easier we were unable to get it to heat up in the evening to a comfortable temperature and it was a bit cooler. Master bedroom was nice however it would be nice to have a barn door something that would separate the bathroom from the actual bedroom for slightly extra privacy. All in all we enjoyed having our five kids together now that they are getting older and the house definitely worked for our needs. Great location as well.

Unbelievable property

Went out to celebrate daughter’s college graduation. This house was perfection. Beautiful yard, with something for everyone to enjoy. Property manager was terrific, and quick to respond. We would love to stay there again!

Appreciated the location, variety of activities available both indoors and out, roomy, great pool/hot tub, enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. On the whole, the house is tired, in need of TLC...painting, carpet is filthy, had to deal with rats between the house and garage. For large groups need another refrig. That said, would do it again.

October Vacation

The house and was what was advertised. The house was clean when we arrived but the house from being a VRBO rental needed some work as the carpets were well used and in need of a cleaning or replacing. We did find that there was very little in the way of kitchen supplies which included dishwasher tabs ( we had to buy a bag) as not many were supplied. There was a pepper shaker and the salt was in a box, which isn't convenient to use. The house really didn't have any kitchen condiments other than the salt and pepper. The house did have a lot of plates, glasses and pots and pans, knifes and forks. We did opt out of heating the pool but soon realized that we needed to heat the pool so we contacted House and Homes and mentioned that the pool was in need of a cleaning. We also asked that they turn on the heat after it was cleaned. I talked to Jane at House and Homes (Jane was excellent) and they agreed to not to charge us to heat the pool as we had a few other issues that needed to be attended to. House and Homes were excellent and had the pool people and a plumber look at the sinks and fan, which were all fixed perfectly. We did have pool issues as the week went on as we could not keep the heater on and was off for the last two days. The location was perfect and close to stores, restaurants and other activities near by.

Stayed 3 nights to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends. The house was great, exactly as expected from the photos. We had a few questions during our stay and the hosts were super responsive via text, answering and helping in less than 5 minutes both times. Would book again!

Quiet and relaxing

The house is a nice size and the layout is perfect for large groups. Lots of games and areas for fun. The neighborhood is quiet and nice proximity to amenities. The backyard doesn't quite match the pictures and could use some maintenance/upkeep. The pool needed to be cleaned and there were a few dirty dishes in the cabinet. Communication with them was great and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. Also, really appreciated the shampoo, dish soap, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our time!

Fabulous stay!

We stayed at this property for a few days while on a short family vacation. The house was exactly as the pictures described and was clean and beautiful. It is actually larger than the pics make it seem. The house has a lovely set up with 2 rooms on one side of the house and 3 rooms on the other side. Had we gone with another family, this setup would have afforded privacy with each family being in a separate wing. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and since the weather was around 110 degrees each day, the pool is where we spent most of our time. When we first arrived there was an issue with a ceiling fan in one of the rooms. The management responded to my texts promptly and provided an immediate solution. The location of the house was wonderful with gorgeous views of the mountains. It is a very quiet area so when you are outside you can truly relax without noise or traffic or hearing other neighbors. We very much enjoyed our stay and we look forward to renting this property again.

Great property for large family

We had 11 in our party including ages from 8-42. The property is very well taken care of and had everything we needed for a wonderful staycation. The pool was amazing. We had some issues with the internet and had to reset the router in order to reconnect to the wifi a couple times but otherwise it was a nice experience. The only downside was the air conditioning. It was extremely loud in the kitchen area and unfortunately that was the only area in the home that was constantly cool. The rooms on both wings of the home were very warm and the AC did not seem to reach them very well. They provided box fans for each of the rooms but it did not really help to keep the rooms cool. For the cost of the rental we expected the AC to work well in each bedroom. Otherwise the listing was accurate and we had a great stay.
