Summary:
Experience resort living in this newly renovated three bedroom Scottsdale home with Large backyard, pool oasis. Home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an entertainers kitchen and backyard. Intimate dining room and more. Hot tub use is optional by added fee. Pool use at no charge. Option to heat pool by added fee. Optional amenity fees are charged after booking secured. (IE; Pool heating, Hot tub use and pet fees ect.)

The Space:
The home features three bedrooms; Master has a king bed. Two guest rooms with queen beds. There is an intimate dining room. The property is completely private with perimeter wall and is not shared.

Guest Access:
Guest will be given door code 24 hours prior to arrival and is self check in

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous home is within miles to: Casinos ,Golf Courses,Mountain hiking, Old town Scottsdale. Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping. Shopping and dining at Desert Ridge, Shopping and dining at Fashion Square mall. Grocery Stores. Westworld. 15 minutes from Sky Harbor and Downton Phoenix

Getting Around:
This location has quick access to all UBER, LYFT and Taxi needs as well as shopping and dining within Walking distance.

Kitchen full equipped. Beds were comfortable & bathrooms were clean. Had zero issues. Host were super attentive and responsive. Although we went for a soccer tournament we didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the Hot tub and pool were both clean. My first thought when i saw the pool was that it’s bigger in person. Highly recommend this property. Great location. Area seemed safe and lots of shopping/ restaurants close by.

We didn’t realize the frig was set at 43 degrees the night we arrived. All the dairy products were warm the next morning so guests should check temp. Only 3 hangers for 3 bedrooms. No dresser in the primary bedroom so most clothes stayed in our suitcases. Nice kitchen. There was a recycling can which we appreciated. Close to the grocery store also.

Immaculate and comfy

This home is so clean, inviting and comfortable. Although it is near a very busy street we never heard street noise. The hosts were very nice and responsive to all my questions and requests within minutes. The backyard is wonderful! The pool and hottub were fantastic and it even had a putting green. Location is very close to tons of shopping and restaurants. I’ve added it as a favorite and will look to stay there very time I am in the area, which can be frequent. Highly recommended!!

Very nice home! We were here for bike week. Perfect location, enough room for my 20’ trailer and truck, full access to the garage to park out bikes. Excellent communication and very quick and friendly responses.Highly recommend.

Comfortable Home

We were in town for a family baby shower. The party was 2 blocks from the rental house. Perfect location with shopping, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Easy drive to the airport. Great parking and good communication with the host. Pool and hot tub available. Great backyard with nice patio furniture and mini putting green. Would stay again. Just like being home.

Very nice Scottsdale home

The house beautiful, well kept and stocked for a great vacation rental. We were there to celebrate Mom’s 91st birthday and we all enjoyed the time and house. Great Scottsdale location close to everything. We would stay again if in the area.

Fun in the sun

Excellent property. Great location near everything! . Very nice pool. They had trouble with the hottub during our stay so we just had the heating fees refunded. Great communication throughout the issue. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely and comfortable home

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The house faces a very busy street but we didn't have problems sleeping. We walked around the neighborhood each day with our dogs and it's a very safe and lovely area. All of the appliances and upgrades are very nice and the backyard is peaceful and good sized. The communication with management was top notch and we had a lot of communication with them! The hot tub was not working but they issued us a refund since we had specifically paid to use it. It's old and needs to be replaced all together in my opinion. But like I said, it was nice to have quick responses from management and immediate solutions offered. They even came out the first night when the TV wasn't working and fixed us right up with a new cable receiver! Overall we were so comfortable here and our doggies loved the backyard!

Reserved one day prior to arrival. The house was clean, cool and fresh. Kitchen is well accommodated. Yard is comfortable. Garage was a great plus for us. If we were to come back to Scottsdale I would stay here guaranteed. I would also feel comfortable recommending this VRBO. Thank you for the hospitality
