This CozySuites is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Note: This is a garden style unit that requires 1-2 floors of stairs. Please reach out to us before booking if you can't do stairs because we do have ground floor units!

We are located in Kierland Commons. It is also close to world-class golf courses, hiking trails, spas, and more. You and your guests can enjoy the best of Scottsdale, then return for a meal cooked at our fully equipped kitchen and take a dip in the Jacuzzi.



Getting Around:

Ideally located close to different attractions, our unit is just a short drive away from everything and is even walkable to Kierland Commons!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Needs work and a better clean

The location / complex is fantastic and allowed us to walk to shopping and restaurants. The unit needs work. I agree with one of the reviews that it is sparce on furniture and the furniture in the unit is cheap and worn. Lacking furniture on the patio, only two beat-up old chairs and that was it. The beds were very uncomfortable, no soap, we had to buy more toilet paper, very sparce kitchen items (no BBQ utensils, lighter for the fire pit or BBQ, limited cutlery etc.) no pool towels and the one TV we had issues with getting to work at times. The closet in one room was broken and a number of light bulbs out. The unit was not cleaned properly and found it dirty. They had a number of cups and plates that were not cleaned. The floors / bathrooms were awful and very dirty. Fist day they did not have a fob or wristbands for the pool. We did not have a car and was difficult getting into and out of the complex, as you need the fob for the gate. We had to wait for a car to come by and run through the gates, as they closed at night. It took several calls and texts the next day to get this resolved and I had to go to the leasing office twice to obtain these. You need these for the pool and all the amenities. Not having these are not acceptable, and we did not get this resolved until 1:00 the following day and could only get one fob. This took way too long to resolve and should have been with the unit at check-in. Every night at 10:45 someone took their dogs out to the dog run.

Great location. Pool and fitness facilities awesome! The condo could use some TLC, very skimpy furnishings. Not up to par for most VRBO’s we stay in. Pool access and gate code not spelled out anywhere in the unit and no folder of info as is typical at VRBO’s we’ve stayed at in the past.
