NOTE: Owner has a non-shedding dog that occasionally visits the home. Though thoroughly and professionally cleaned and all new bedding, those with severe pet sensitivity should be aware.

~ A PRETTY PARK VIEW ~
PARKSIDE VISTA, our 3 BR, 2 BA, one story home in a desirable, centrally located and gated community has a view of the community park that is directly behind the home. The park includes a large green space plus sand volleyball and basketball courts. Pavilions and picnic tables are interspersed along the sidewalks that wind throughout the park.

The home's backyard amenities include a covered porch with dining furniture and a propane grill. Arizona's 300+ sunny days make it possible to dine al fresco style for many of your meals. A corn hole game and private putting green are exciting outdoor activities that guests of all ages will enjoy.

~ WELL APPOINTED HOME AWAY FROM HOME ~
Our home features an open floor plan with a well appointed great room that includes a smart TV, comfy sectional sofa and work table with bar stools. All TVs in our home are for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced. Wifi is complimentary. There are double doors in the great room to access the backyard and patio.

The well stocked kitchen with table and counter seating opens into the great room making it easy to transfer snacks and drinks. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances plus both Keurig and drip coffee makers. A highchair, Pack N' Play and umbrella stroller are in the home for guests to use.

~ GOOD NIGHT, SLEEP TIGHT ~
The bedroom floor plan is split. ALL bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans and closet space. The primary suite has a king bed, TV, desk w/chair and ceiling fan. The en suite bath features a garden tub, walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed; Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combo. A hair dryer and soap are included.

A dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer allows you to pack less but have your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Laundry soap is supplied. There are garage spaces for 2 vehicles.

~ ACTIVE LIVING in CONVENIENT LOCATION ~
Our home is located in a popular and amenity rich community that features a golf course, a pro shop, club dining, 2 pools (one heated), spa, basketball & volleyball courts and more. The community is centrally located in Mesa which has public golf courses in all directions, hiking and biking trails, water sports, museums, art galleries, music venues, restaurants and unique shopping boutiques.

The Chicago Cubs spring training at Sloan Park, Usery Mountain Regional Park and the Salt River in the Tonto National Forest are a short commute from the neighborhood. Tempe Town Lake, the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert and Old Town Scottsdale are easy to access via our modern highway system.

PARKSIDE VISTA'S setting is peaceful and will appeal to retired couples and families alike who seek a home away from home in a safe and friendly neighborhood. ~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 6 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home for any amount of time.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.

This home was perfect for a month stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities. Located in a beautiful setting, the private yard was so lovely and quiet. The host communicated very well and was very responsive. Definitely looking forward to renting it next year!

5 Star Experience

Four of us had a great stay. Home was extremely clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals or we went out to restaurants that were close. Sitting on the covered patio and using the putting green were our favorites! Neighborhood is quiet and people at community amenities were friendly. We enjoyed walking around to see green spaces. Loved all the things to do in the area. We visit this part of AZ yearly and hope to rent this home again. Management is great and renting was a breeze. Thank you for an all around 5 star experience!

We loved this home!

This was our first time visiting Arizona and we sure were impressed. Everything in this home looked brand new and clean with modern decor. We especially loved the covered patio where we grilled our dinner and also relaxed in the morning and evening. We did enjoy the community pool, golf course and walking trails. We found time to explore Las Sendas and Mesa which were very pretty with plenty of shops and restaurants. A favorite of ours was Red, White and Brew a local favorite. The views and area are beautiful as is this home. We look forward to returning here for a longer stay as there's so much more to do.
