3 King Beds, Heated Pool!!

Centrally located with all of the extras. Three bedroom, two full bath single story home in a family friendly neighborhood in Mesa, AZ. Offers a resort-style environment that is designed for fun in the sun. Relax poolside, catch some rays, BBQ or smoke your favorite dish, or enjoy the A/C indoors with a movie on the 65" TV in the great room. End your day relaxing around the fire pit under that stars. The backyard features a sparkling newly resurfaced pebbletech pool that can be heated when needed. Brand new pavers and turf surround the pool and mature lemon and orange trees. Covered patio with string lights and sun screens make it the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal prepared on the Traeger smoker/BBQ while watching a game on the outdoor TV. Plenty of room to enjoy ladderball and corn hole and even park your RV. Right around the corner, enjoy a park with sand volleyball, outdoor basketball, and playground. Inside, you'll find an open floorplan with all of the amenities. All three bedrooms have brand new king mattresses with luxury bedding, ceiling fans, Roku TV's, and bedside USB charging stations. The master bed is adjustable for comfortable reading or watching movies on the 55" Roku TV. Large master bath includes soaker tub, shower, dual vanities, separated toilet area, and large walk in closet.

Open kitchen/great room with vaulted ceilings. All new appliances in the kitchen. Brand new whole home water treatment system with RO/alkalinator in kitchen. New reclining sofas to enjoy movies or gaming on the new 65" Roku TV. Large sliding door and windows look out on the outdoor entertainment and pool area. Wi-Fi provided for all of your streaming applications (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, etc.).

Central location makes it easy to fly in and out of either Phoenix/Mesa Gateway airport (9 miles away) or Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (20 miles away). Only 12 miles from brand new Arizona Athletic Grounds - the largest sports and entertainment facility in North America! Groceries, restaurants, shopping, and golf all only minutes away. 5 miles from downtown Gilbert, with some of our favorite restaurants and live music, including Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row. Chandler (13 miles), Scottsdale (20 miles), Palm Springs (4 hours), The Grand Canyon (2.5 hours), Las Vegas (5 hours), Mexico (2.5 hours)

This house was exactly what we were wanting for our month stay. It was extremely clean,comfortable,and convenient to everything.We walked in to see a Welcome Home sign which was a wonderful added touch. Our hosts were very accommodating and responded to us very fast. We had everything we needed to feel like we were home. The furniture was extremely comfortable, including the beds and pillows.We spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful back yard as it felt like paradise with a beautiful landscape yard,pool and fruit trees. We absolutely would recommend this house. It is the perfect set up..

Family visit

Beautiful home with a pleasing outdoor living area complete with a pool, fire pit and outdoor seating. Large spacious bedrooms with all the amenities k e could ask
TV, internet and washer/dryer to name a few. Hosts were easy to reach with great communication. I encourage anyone to look I to renting this property when in the Phoenix metro area.

March Getaway

We loved our stay! The hosts were always available for questions and TVthe home was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools required for meal prep. We spent a lot of time on the patio relaxing and visiting. The lemon and orange trees were loaded with fruit and we used the juicer for fresh OJ and Lemonade.Looking forward to our next visit!

Found our new Go-To vacation place to stay in Arizona!

This house and property have everything we could have hoped for for both functionality and fun!! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, and the house included additional special touches as well. The guest bedrooms, for example, provided soft, medium, and firm pillow options- no need to bring your own from home- and every bedroom has king sized beds, as well as lamps that have standard and USB plug ins. The pool was well maintained and refreshing and there were two separate eating/gathering outdoor spaces. The location was close to absolutely anything we needed or wanted. Can’t recommend this place highly enough and can hardly wait until our next trip!

BEAUTIFUL RELAXING STAY

I would recommend staying here to anyone. They were highly equipped with anything you may need. The owners are kind and respond quickly to any questions you may have. If I could give this 100 Stars I would. We had a carefree beautiful stay with lots of good memories to take with us.
