Quiet Home away from Home in Fountain Hills

Casa Calaveras is a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in beautiful Fountain Hills AZ. The home features recently updated contemporary granite counter tops, cabinets, and ceramic tile throughout the main living areas and luxurious carpet in the bedrooms. The great room is perfect for family gatherings with an open concept kitchen/dining area. French doors that lead to the back yard patio and pool area will make enjoying the pleasant Arizona weather seamless.

Fully furnished, single level with Roku smart TVs in every room. You can enjoy several live TV shows or log in with your Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming services.

Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed.

On a hot day, lounge on the covered back patio couches and chairs while you enjoy the sights and sounds of nature or go for a swim in the heated deep dive pool to cool off. Pool has recently been resurfaced with beautiful mini pebble tech and tile.

Private outdoor heated pool with entertainment area. FREE pool heat! (The pool temperature will vary around 75+/- to 80+/- degrees during the winter months depending on the day and night temperatures).

Fountain Hills, an International Dark Sky Community. One of only 17 cities in the world that pledge to reduce light pollution. This makes for spectacular star gazing!

There are 2 garage parking spots available for guest use while staying at our property.
Home location is within two miles of the Fountain Hills Park and local grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment.

There are Several golf courses in the area of Fountain Hills to include Eagle Mountain, Desert Canyon, FireRock Country Club and Sun Ridge Canyon. WE-KO-PA is just a short 10-minute drive outside of town where you will also find The Fort McDowell Casino. Please be ready to find the adventure that suits you best, as there are many hiking and biking trails in the McDowell Mountain Park region.

Other adventures nearby include Saguaro Lake in Tonto Forest, Tempe Town Lake for stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and bike rental, and the Salt River for river floating fun and adventures.

The house was excellent. The pool was also great. Very clean and comfortable. We would select this property again if staying in the Fountain Hills area. They only disappointment was the lack of the four lounge chairs as pictured and mentioned within the listing "to sunbathe by the pool." Otherwise the listing was accurate.

Everything was perfect! Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, plenty of room to play board games and the pool... oh my gosh, the pool! The water temp was perfect, the floaties in the garage were perfect, the pool towels were handy and the patio was a great place to relax and chat. The hosts were very friendly and responsive when we contacted them. Oh and the inside thermostat temp schedule was perfect! Oh! And we picked a fresh lemon for our water!These gals from the cold, bitter north loved every minute.

Wonderful home! Love Fountain Hills, AZ

We were so pleased with the location of this home! So close to the Fountain Square, a wonderful park right around the corner and easy to get to multiple mountain bike trails as well as beautiful golf courses and restaurants. We did it all, even took in a show in downtown Phoenix the drive was only 20-25min!! House was perfect for our family, 2 couples 1 7yo. We loved the pool, backyard, orange tree and cooked many meals in the perfectly appointed kitchen. Communications with the host were seamless and accommodating!The house is even nicer in person. We’d love to come back!!

Great Casa Calaveras Month-Long Stay

We Minnesota snowbirds made Casa Calaveras our home base for March 2023 and could not have been more pleased. It was very well appointed, very clean, had all the conveniences we look for in a rental home and we felt very much at home after only a few hours upon move in. Owners Sherri and Mark were very attentive to our needs and responded very quickly when we communicated with them. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe there.The heated pool was a winner - grandkids practically lived in it while they visited us in Fountain Hills. The proximity to everything FH has to offer is a big plus - the Lake park, Wed street market, restaurants, grocery are all pretty close by. Four Peaks Park a couple doors away (tennis and pickleball, playground equipment, walking trails) was a great asset to the house as well. Our criticisms are few with Casa Calaveras - we liked it so much we booked again for next March. Thanks, Mark and Sherri for sharing your house with us.

Clean, well stocked, beautiful home. Backyard also beautiful with a heated pool. Picked fresh oranges and grapefruit from trees in the yard. Delicious! Owners were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Simply Fantastic

This property is simply fantastic. Tons of room in the common areas of the house, an awesome backyard with the swimming pool and multiple seating areas. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and in great condition. Sherri and Mark were very accommodating throughout the process, even allowing us to check in a bit early when our flight arrived early in the morning. Would 100% stay again.

Girls Trip 2022

This home was so nice, conveniently located and the whole property was just beautiful. We had a bit of trouble with the hot water heater and within hours of reporting it to the owner they had a new hot water heater installed and even gave us a credit to buy us dinner! I would definitely stay at this property again and again! Thank you for such a wonderful week in the sun!
