The Space:

Welcome to our cozy one-bedroom condo in Scottsdale! The master bedroom is designed for comfort, featuring a comfy king bed, a spacious closet, ceiling fan, portable fan, and bedside lamps for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes all cookware essentials, making meal preparation a breeze.



The living room is spacious with ample couch and seating, perfect for unwinding in front of the Smart TV. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy outdoor seating and take in the fresh air. Stay connected with up to 400 Mbps WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of central AC and heating for optimal comfort year-round.



The condo includes a full bathroom with all towels and soaps provided, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. You'll also have access to a community pool with a hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.



A designated parking space is available, ensuring easy access to the condo. Enjoy all the comforts of home in our well-appointed Scottsdale retreat!



Guest Access:

Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.



We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Phoenix/Scottsdale region. This home includes access to Concierge services for your stay on behalf of Concishare. Their team will arrange local experiences and in-home services to give you an unforgettable stay!



Other Things to Note:

House Rules Required



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.



AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.



NO SMOKING inside.



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



Dog Policy:

-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!



* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.





Type of Cooling for the Home

Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.



Reminders About the Property

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
