This is a residential area. We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be respected. Our home is equipped with Noise Aware Monitors inside and in the backyard to protect our neighbors. There is one Ring Camera at front door and one facing the driveway.

HOUSE RULES:
This is a NON Smoking home.
No pets without prior approval. We do allow one dog with a $175 non refundable pet fee.
No cats allowed due to guest allergies.
Absolutely NO Parties or events
No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
There are 2 Smart TVS for all your apps, NO live TV
Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Per the city of Scottsdale, rental properties cannot occupy more than 6 adults and their dependent children at a time
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that governs the terms of the stay. No bookings will be approved without finishing this process. This is a State and City Law.

Found Peace in Surroundings

This was a family trip before the holidays . Time together was the best gift. The Saguaro caught my attention with being close to my parents and easy access to many hiking trails. Had a little concern with an item being unclean which was rectified immediately. I do hope the management will consider some dressers in the bedrooms and maybe a big comfy chair in the living room for future guests. I did enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the hot tub at night after many long hikes. I’d book here again most definitely!

We were thrilled with this super cute little house in an adorable neighborhood. It was perfect for our Gals Getaway Weekend! The entire home felt a level up from the normal vacation home. We absolutely loved it!!

Great stay! Would recommend.

Overall we had a great time. Location and property are above average. Unit is spacious with high end finishings. Small things: No information binder explaining details about the unit, community and area. There were two light bulbs out in the bathroom which I replaced. There were no tissues/ kleenex in the bathrooms (only toilet paper). We had to get on google maps to find the pools. Closest pool was closed with a padlock and no explanation. Second pool had trash lying around and people smoking and cussing (my kids were with me). There weren't extra hand towels so had to wash. No detergent but dryer sheets. When I was wiping crumbs off the dining table, the wash cloth became black so the table hadn't been cleaned. Balcony table was also dirty. As I said...overall a great experience but couldn't give it 5 stars for the above reasons.

Spectacular Scottsdale Staycation

This condo was such a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. Totally clean, and plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and everything was thought of to make a stay fantastic. Will definitely book it next time I am in Scottsdale.

Great size and layout

Size and layout of this property was wonderful! Location is on a slightly busy/noisy street, especially if you like windows/doors open. Light maintenance is needed on the slider screen doors, and it would have been nice to be able to keep the front door open, screen/security door did not lock. The main TV is a smart tv, however, we were never able to load apps, there was no option to load (that we could find). Beds were super comfy, and kitchen was really well appointed with everything you would ever need to cook/bake! Over all, great property, would absolutely stay again!

Great Facility to Get Away!

Facility was ready for our arrival..all the comforts of home, but away from hope. Outstanding location with easy access to shopping areas and Westworld. The VRBO contact (PHXStays) were extremely easy to work with and are highly recommended!
