Guests have access to all areas of the property including the hiking path around the property. We do ask the you please be bear aware and treat the forest with respect while hiking.

During your stay, the entire property is exclusively yours to enjoy, providing utmost privacy and serenity. Please be aware that this cabin is only 600 square feet and can only accommodate small groups of 5 or less.

Your own vehicle is necessary for getting to the property and for exploring Philipsburg. There are no taxis or driving services available in the area. It is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter months, Montana weather is unpredictable and the roads can become icy or covered in snow. The road to the cabin is regularly plowed.

During the winter, our roads are regularly plowed, though 4WD/AWD is highly recommended in snowy or icy conditions.
