Pet Policy: If you are bringing a pet, please be aware that there is a pet fee of $125 per pet. For a second pet, an additional charge of $125 applies. Please note that only dogs are allowed for long-term stays, while cats are allowed for stays under 3 months.

We only provide extra linens when you let us know prior to arriving. There are no extra linens for the sofa beds, or any air mattresses if we do not have sufficient occupancy booked prior.

There is a camera outside of the apartment, that has motion detection.

We have noise detection devices that exclusively monitor the decibel levels of noise inside the apartment, without recording any audio.

Please note only the living room has a TV and the couch may have been changed for a new one after being damaged recently. Please inquire about this prior to booking the unit.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and near entrances/shared spaces. If smoking is detected, please make sure you are standing at least 25 feet away from the building entrance and windows when smoking and dispose of butts properly. You are not to put the cigarette butts on the ground. Any violation will result in a $500 fine
