The fully equipped kitchen has a marble countertop with a wine bar, in addition to a full-sized fridge, new stove, new dishwasher, coffee/ tea pots and microwave.

★The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms which are newly remodeled. The master bedroom has its own full bath with shower.

★The third floor attic is a unique gallery with original paintings done by the owner. It is a very quiet and cozy room. The attic is an art studio which also serves as a den. The owner provides you with supplies to try your hand at painting. Want to sip tea while enjoying painting? There is a tea set with free high-quality tea.
