Welcome to the Heritage Suite, a spacious full-floor private residence located in the heart of Philadelphiaâs historic Old City, just steps from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. This home offers an authentic city experience that blends historic character with modern comfort, ideal for families, small groups, business travelers, and extended stays.
The Heritage Suite occupies an entire floor of the building, providing privacy, space, and convenience. A private elevator opens directly into the unit, allowing for a seamless and secure arrival with no shared hallways. The layout is single-level and thoughtfully designed, featuring hardwood floors, tall windows, exposed brick, and industrial details that reflect the neighborhoodâs historic roots.
The open-concept living and dining area is bright and welcoming, offering ample space to relax, work, or gather after a day exploring the city. The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in the living room and primary bedroom, central heating and air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace well suited for remote work or longer stays.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, and premium cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home. An in-unit washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, add to the convenience for extended visits.
Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a full bed and is best suited for one adult or children. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located off the main living area.
The Heritage Suite is located in one of Philadelphiaâs most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods. Guests are steps from historic landmarks, museums, restaurants, cafĂ©s, and shops. Please note that this is a central urban location, and guests may experience typical city sounds such as street activity or nearby businesses, particularly during evenings and weekends. This home is best suited for guests who enjoy an active city environment.
Parking is not included, but paid parking is available for $25/day and can be booked through the guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. This gives you access to a nearby garage with flexible in/out convenience.
Pets are welcome at an additional cost of $50 per pet / per day.
The property is professionally managed and offers keyless entry and 24/7 guest support to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation.
No Firearms: For the safety and security of all guests and the property, the possession of firearms or any other weapons is strictly prohibited on the premises.
No parties or eventsâletâs keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behaviorâsafety and respect for everyone are key.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 amâwe strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good nightâs rest.
Registered guests only â No additional guests or overnight visitors unless theyâre listed on your reservation.
Failure to report an issue directly to us first, to give us the opportunity to rectify, will nullify any subsequent claims or complaints made to any booking platform.
Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee.
Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.
