Newly renovated 1 bed, 1 bath basement condo exudes boho vibes. The space is a stylish retreat with cozy charm, tastefully designed for both work and relaxation, situated in the heart of Point Breeze. The apartment is close to a lot of places you will want to go: 10 mins drive to the Airport, 10 mins drive to major stadiums including Wells Fargo Center, Lincoln Financial Field, Xfinity Live, 10 mins drive to City hall, Love Park, Museums, Navy Yard. Close to major hospitals and colleges including UPenn and Drexel, and lots of restaurants nearby

Keyless entry, Comfortable queen bed, Onsite washer + dryer, Equipped kitchen with an InstaPot, air-fryer, coffee maker, pots & pans, Smart TV in living room and bedroom, ready for you to log in and access all your favorite streaming services. High speed internet and WiFi, great for working from home, streaming and distance learning. Pets allowed subject to advance approval from host., Ceiling height is 6’7”.

Parking- this house is located in the Philadelphia neighborhood of Point Breeze. We love this neighborhood for its larger homes and walkability to all parts of the city. It's also a great location for biking or taking advantage of our subway system (10ish minute walk to the Broad Street line). There is free street parking on our street and available on several of the numbered streets surrounding the home. Street parking is not a guarantee as there are no reserved spaces. As former residents of the neighborhood, I recommend arriving during the day as street parking is much more available, the later you arrive the harder it will be to find. There is a 24 hour garage (15th and Washington, Lincoln Square) and I highly recommend taking advantage of this at night if you do not want to search for a spot. Don't feel like walking home from the garage? Take an Uber. If you don't want to pay for parking each day of your stay, simply remove the car the next day and park on the street during the day when it's more available.

Great Location and Nice Place

Loved the space and area. Very clean! However, when we arrived there was only a half a roll of toilet paper and no soap in the bathroom dispenser. Internet was also down even after the motum was reset. Still did not work. We attempted to reach out to the owner with no responses.

Getaway weekend with my loved one

Everything was great apartment was cozy and kind of romantic which was perfect for our 4 day weekend..I used to live in Philly so basically visiting my second home..only issue i had was the parking situation but i remember quickly how philly has so many people piled up on one another in apartment living so parking was limited but I found a great gem for the next tine i come back..and we will be using this location again if available..Thanks

Perfect for one!

I was in town for a convention and this was within a thirty minute walk to the convention center. Check in was super easy. Very secure but the neighborhood felt very safe. It was a very comfortable arrangement; just enough kitchenware to get myself through without clogging up the kitchen. The only "issue" I ran into was a previous guest had set the television to French and the settings menu was giving me grief. I told the amazing host that it was ok since I had one that worked perfectly fine, just wanted him to know in case the next party needed it, but he was there in under five minutes!! Extremely responsive and kind. I've stayed at several other places before but I will come back every year if I can. This was the best and most comfortable stay I've ever had. Best value for price of all the other VRBO I saw as well. Highly recommend!

It was better than I could have hoped. It was extremely clean, plenty of extra towel and toiletries. The kitchen is perfect for cooking has seasonings, pots/pans, cutlery and glassware. Remote controlled ac which was very nice. Right in walking distance of lots of corner stores and even larger stores or museums. There’s also a small courtyard/community space just a couple of steps down the street

Cute basement apartment

The apartment is just as pictured. I felt safe overall in the neighborhood but the parking was pure chaos. There was a lack of paking and the streets were narrow, but that appears fairly typical for Philadelphia.I recommend just planning to park in a garage ( the host provides recommendations) and not attempting to fight for parking.

Perfect for Our Visit

Looked exactly like the pictures and as described. Very clean and ready for our stay. Our stay was quiet even though it is on a corner. Our host was easy to work with and even met our need for a late checkout. Thank you! We stay in Philly to see our kids and grandkids every year a nd will definitely look here again.
