Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

❌ No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
❌ No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit

The location and space of the apartment were really great. So much of it worked perfect for our stay. However, there were some things missing or that could be improved. For starters, towels were provided but no wash cloths. The arrival instructions were inaccurate, the message said the key would be in the lockbox outside of the building but it was not in there. It wasn’t until the second day of our stay that I received a message with where the key should be. Thankfully we already figured it out but it caused some panic and frustration. The WiFi provided did not work. Some of the light bulbs in the main living area ceiling fixtures were burnt out or were in the process of burning out and only blinked. We had to swap around some lightbulbs to have proper lighting.

A very spacious space if you have a large group. Although the neighborhood has some charm this exact location is across the street from a hospital where there is constant noise, alarms, yelling. I don’t know if the windows lacked insulation or what but it was so loud it was as if the windows were open. Other than the windows being poorly insulated this is not a reflection of the apartment but something to be mindful of for the location if you are sensitive to this. This apartment overall was clean, beds, towels etc. all very clean. The biggest issue was the very strong cigarette smell in the entire apartment specifically in some of the bedrooms. I even noticed a lingering odor on my clothes after leaving the apartment and arriving home. This really needs to be addressed. A lamp with no lampshade in the middle of the living room made for some added agitation after spending so much on this space.
