Brilliant corner unit townhome composed of 4 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms. Tons of natural light, 3 different outdoor spaces, and open concept floor plan with plenty of room for the group to spread out and relax. Roof deck with outdoor furniture, wet bar, fully equipped kitchen, and foosball table to help the group relax, unwind, and have a memorable stay. If you want to enjoy the city, this property is the ideal spot with a central location and safe neighborhood with easy access to everything.

THE SPACE
This brilliant new construction corner unit townhome is filled natural light and boasts wide open concept living. 4Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms capable of sleeipng 12 adults and 2 children. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, roof deck with outdoor furniture, wet bar, as well as a foosball table in the basement to help you enjoy your stay. Detailed layout and bedding as follows:

- 1st Floor: Living Room with Smart TV (65 inches) / Dining Room / Back Patio.
- 2nd Floor: Bedroom #1 (queen + single trundle + baby crib or futon couch) / Full bathroom #1 in hall ; W/d / Bedroom #2 (queen + single trundle)
- 3rd Floor: Master Bedroom #3 (King bed + single trundle + crib or futon couch) / Master bathroom #2 with tub / Juliet Balcony.
- 4th Floor: Wet bar and Roofdeck with out door furniture.
- Basement: 2nd Living room with foosball table and smart TV / Bedroom #4 (queen + single trundle) / Full bathroom #3

Total Beds: 3x queens ; 1x king ; 4x single trundle ; 2x cribs or 2x single futons. This property is located in downtown Philly (South Philadelphia) and close to Passyunk Square (voted top 10 foodie street in America) to access all great bars and restaurants in that section. A short ride to all tourist attractions like Independence Hall and Liberty Bell, shopping and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. There is street parking directly out of the front door.

We named this The Big House, we were in town for our son’s wedding at the Bok building. Our 3 daughters and there families stayed here with my husband and me. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was a clean, spacious, and family friendly home. Although we did not use it much, it has a beautiful rooftop view of the city. Parking is a bit challenging but we managed and used Uber when we needed. Everything was there that we needed and we were able to order food from Two Brothers Pizza right across the street, very big menu and good food.

This home was beautiful, and had so many luxury upgrades. We came with a group of family and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Loved that there was a high chair and pack and play available for our kiddos. The kitchen was gorgeous and the master bathroom was like an upscale spa! Hosts were very kind and responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and there were some nice areas that were walkable for restaurants. Parking was difficult, but expected for this type of property. Would come back here in a heartbeat!

Our stay at this East Passyunk Crossing property was nothing short of exceptional! The location was perfect—providing quick and easy access to all of Philadelphia’s must-see attractions, while also being in a charming neighborhood full of character. The home itself was truly outstanding, featuring modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout.One of our favorite moments was enjoying our morning coffee in the beautifully decorated, private backyard—an oasis of peace right in the city. In the evenings, we loved relaxing with a glass of wine on the top floor, taking in the breathtaking view of the Philadelphia skyline.Every detail of this property exceeded our expectations, making it the ideal home base for exploring the city. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Philadelphia and look forward to returning!

Very nice home! There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The parking wasn’t great, but that is to be expected for a city location. The roads are very narrow! But the home was great! Nice bathrooms, kitchen & bedrooms. We were there over the 4th of July, and we didn’t even have a lot of noise!

We were visiting Philadelphia for our son’s graduation. The house is lovely, clean, and comfortable for our party of 8 adults. It was just what we needed to relax, since our family was traveling in from 3 different States. We chose the house because it was centrally located between Miller’s theater and the Philly’s Stadium. Those places were where both graduation ceremonies were taking place. The only issue we had was not being able to locate an iron in the house, but we did find an ironing board. It’s a good thing we always travel with an extra iron because our immediate family is so big.

8 guys in town for a weekend sporting event. House worked great for us, was as listed. Only thing that was a problem was parking it is street parking which can be difficult. Would stay there again.

Girls’ weekend

Property/home itself was beautiful. Immediately after booking, received a list of questions about intentions, size of group, reason for trip, etc. That was a new experience and a little off putting for a group who wasn’t planning to trash the place. Less than a week before the trip, we received check in instructions that included curfew for rooftop deck being 9pm. Again, a little off putting especially when it is one of the biggest selling points of the property. Day of, I received notification that check in needed to be late. We were let in about 35 minutes late (3:35pm). Not a huge deal but when we arrived, sheets on the beds were wet to the touch through to the mattress and trash was piled up outside. Communication was sufficient after check in just be prepared for some of the curveballs that have not been my typical experience with VRBO.

College Reunion

House was great, plenty big enough for 10 guys. Location was great, walking distance from many bars and short ubers from other great areas of the city like Old City and Fishtown. Host was great, very fast and timely replies to my questions before and during the stay. The only negative I have is that the listing states multiple rooms have king/queen beds along with twin beds, in most cases the twins were futons.

Beauty and Convenience

My friends and I rented this property during Wrestlemania 40 Weekend. It was perfectly located, not too close to be affected by traffic and noise, but close enough and centrally located to all surrounding activities. With Five adults, everyone had plenty of space, and privacy. An EXCELLENT property, managed very well.
