The only thing to know is there is no parking lot reserved for us. We needed to park around thĂ© bloc, it’s not very far away, but each time you quit, you’ll need to find a new one.

The home was very clean, neighbors were friendly and area was pretty quiet for the most part. There are some great places to eat within walking distance as well. The only issue was parking. Parking was listed as an amenity however, there is no designated parking spots for the home. We did street parking and our car was unfortunately hit at some point while it was there

Convenient comfy

Great place for 2 couples or a group of 4 or less. Comfy beds and has all the comfort necessities. If you have to work, there is a small desk for your laptop in bedroom or the dining room table works well. The place is very convenient to Broad St... Center City, Live Casino and the sports complex.

Nice Place

We took our oldest grandsons to Philadelphia for the Yankee game. The apartment was nicely decorated, neat, and clean. It is 2 1/2 miles from Citizens Bank Park stadium. My biggest suggestion is to find a parking place when you arrive in the area and walk or use an Uber for the rest of your time as parking is very difficult

Bad neighborhood, dusty home

My colleagues and I booked this property to attend a conference. The pictures are VERY deceiving. The home was very dusty which caused myself and my friends allergies to kick in, causing sneezing, and headaches. The bathroom shower/tub combination was dirty with a loose shower handle. There was no stool or a place to put belongings down. Carpet upstairs was dirty annd dingy. The air conditioner cooled the home very slowly and remained hot on the second floor. The amenities/ stay was NOT worth the price. Overall, I was embarrassed that I booked this home.

Excellent Property and Management

We wanted a place in a city neighborhood so we could park the car and use public transportation or walk to our sightseeing destinations. The property was excellent. Location nice. Unit cleaned and well managed . We lucked into a convenient parking spot and left the car for three days. Walked to the neighborhood markets and bars and walked to the conveniently located subway station.

This property was very nice, but not located in a great neighborhood. It was noisy at night causing some difficulty with sleeping. We are used to a country setting. It was a good location for visiting our family and a very nice apartment.

Cozy home

The interior of the property was very nice, and the host made everything very inviting and homey. Host was receptive to all questions and sending information in a timely manner. We were disappointed with the surrounding are that property is located and the parking was difficult. But as mentioned the property itself very nice and accomodating.

Beautiful Row Home

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, tidy and exactly what we needed. There's no parking in front but we were able to find parking close by with a 3-5 minute walk. Perfect location close to Target, Starbucks and Sprouts.

Met our Needs

Overall the stay was very good. The row house was as described. It met our needs as we were in town for a few days to see a baseball game and visit downtown with some friends. As other reviews have mentioned parking can be tough to come by. We were able to find a spot and leave the car there. We didn't move the car once it was parked. The neighborhood was nice and any neighbors we met were nice. The area is accessible to downtown and the ballpark, we did use lyft or uber sometimes. The house was nice but wasn't exceptional. The upstairs bedrooms are really hot, no matter how cool we set the thermostat. I ended up sleeping on the downstairs couch one night because the bedrooms were so hot. It was hard to find some kitchen utensils, no sharp knives so my wife could cut limes or a bagel, only had butter knives. I was also a little taken back when I asked the host if we could check in at 2 instead of 4 since we got to Philly earlier then expected. She said it would cost an extra $25. If the house was cleaned and ready for us I don't see how that makes a difference. Again, not a bid deal but just didn't seem accommodating. Overall, nice place with a great location. There were a few small issues but overall it met our needs. Just nothing to wow you and nothing that exceeded our general expectations to get a 5/5.

Great spot

Me and a friend came to a Philly for a concert and it was the perfect spot/location. Parking was a little confusing but owner was speedy at responding and getting back to clarify. Wasn’t bad because we knew we were parking and going to get Ubers around. Location was nice and quiet and clean. Would def return and stay again.

Clean and cozy

Nice bathroom upstairs, the kitchen has what’s needed, the rest of the house may seem basic but still really nice aesthetics. Wonderful stay, felt natural and would recommend this to anyone staying in town for a little.

Great Spot

Me and my friend had a great experience here. The only small knock was parking can be tough and it was in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood that was shooting off fireworks at 10:30 pm or so but it is in the middle of a city, so understandable. But inside was very nice and Denise was very responsive.

Great Stay

We enjoyed staying at Denise’s property. The cleanliness was on point and the decor gave it a cozy and modern feeling. We were welcomed with snacks, water and coffee amenities. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were equipped with essentials for our stay. She was great at communicating with us when we needed her. The block was quiet and the neighbors were nice.
