The open-concept living and dining area, combined with a bedroom featuring double doors, creates a spacious and flowing layout throughout the unit. The hardwood floors in the Airbnb unit are original to the home and date back to its construction in 1900, adding to the historic charm of the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a door separating it from the rest of the unit, ensuring that any sounds or smells are contained within the kitchen area.

The living room comes with a 32" TV equipped with Roku for guests to use as well as some board games. UNO, Taboo, Chess, Checkers, & Bananagrams!

The couch lays flat and transforms into a comfortable bed, with the option of an additional twin-size air mattress for another guest if needed.

This bedroom has plenty of natural sunlight streaming in through the windows, creating a bright and inviting space. The bed is made up of two twin beds that have been pushed together to form a larger king bed, but can easily be separated if guests prefer to have two separate twin beds. A Pack N Play is available to accommodate families if needed!

The property has a private parking lot shared with the upstairs unit along with free street parking out front. The driveway allows for 1 vehicle to be parked from each unit.

Guests have access to the entire first floor apartment. The upstairs unit and garage are not accessible to guests.

The outdoor spaces at this property are shared with the upstairs unit. This includes the front porch as well as the backyard and outdoor patio/chairs.

I will not physically be on the property and guests can Self-Check into the unit. I am available if a guest has any issues/concerns.

The property has a private driveway shared with the upstairs unit along with free street parking out front. The driveway allows for 1 vehicle to be parked.

The neighborhood is equipped with sidewalks and is two blocks away from all of the Stores/Restaurants on Route 1. The Cynwyd Line Train Station is just a 12 minute walk away with access to the city and Merion Station is a 20 minute walk from the unit.
