Please note that the detached garage, basement, Unit 1 covered front porch, rear emergency staircase, upper-level decks serving other units, and the other three apartments are not part of this rental.



Self check-in is easy and convenient, with instructions sent 3 hours before your arrival for a smooth check-in.

Located in South Ardmore on Philadelphia's prestigious Main Line, our property is in a safe, quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood within Haverford Township, adjacent to Lower Merion Township. Guests can enjoy peaceful walks while remaining close to everything they need. Carlino's Italian Market & Restaurant is just a short walk away, while the vibrant downtown Ardmore area and Suburban Square offer excellent restaurants, cafés, boutique shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment. Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, Villanova University, and Bryn Mawr Hospital are all nearby, making this an ideal location for visiting families, professionals, medical stays, and university guests.



Getting Around:

The property is easy to reach by car, train, taxi, or rideshare. Philadelphia International Airport is approximately 25–35 minutes away by car. Ardmore Junction Station (NHSL) is only a short walk away, while Ardmore Station on SEPTA's Paoli/Thorndale Regional Rail Line provides convenient service to Center City Philadelphia (or direct to New York City) and beyond. Each apartment includes one dedicated off-street parking space, with additional free street parking often available nearby (subject to posted regulations). Other Things to Note:

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $500 in penalties.



Minimum age:

The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.



Check-in / Check-out:

The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability.



Gatherings:

Although we are aware that you are visiting Philadelphia to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $1000 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.



If the police are called to the residences, your reservation will immediately be cancelled and you will be escorted off the premises without refund.
