Adventure seekers will love the included kayaks and parking for two trailers, making it easy to bring your toys along. From here, you can hop on your ATV/UTV right from the cabin to explore nearby trails. With lakes like North Twin, Big Sand, Long, and Kentuck just a short drive away, Dawson’s Den is the ultimate Northwoods retreat where lasting memories are made.

DOG FRIENDLY:
This home is dog-friendly, so enjoy your vacation with your furry friend! We allow up to 2 dogs for $40/day (a maximum of $250 per stay). Just select the pet option when booking your stay. Pets MUST be crated if left alone. No exceptions. Guests are responsible for their pets while on the property, including any damage caused by them.

LAKES:
Nearby lakes include North Twin, Big Sand, Long, and Kentuck. North Twin Lake is a 2871-acre lake with a max depth of 60 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from public boat landings. Big Sand Lake is a 1,427-acre lake with a max depth of 56 feet. Long Lake is a 886-acre lake with a max depth of 88 feet. Kentuck Lake is a 1001-acre lake with a max depth of 40 feet. Visitors can access each of these lakes via public boat landings. Fish species in each lake include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, and Walleye.

TRAILS:
You can take off from your ATV or snowmobile right from the home to get onto the nearby trails. Some road riding will be necessary. Check out the various Clubs on our "Destinations" page to navigate all the trail systems. The Deerskin Snowshoe Trail is also very nearby.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking platform on which they made their reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation terms and conditions provided by the booking platform at the time of booking and familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions applicable to their reservation. For example, if booking through Airbnb, VRBO, , and other similar OTA sites.

When booking directly through us on our Vacation Rental Collective website a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
