Step into your perfect seaside escape at this bright and spacious three-bedroom beach house, set right on the shores of Pevensey Bay. With direct beach access from the garden, you can wake up to the sound of the waves, enjoy breakfast by the sea, and spend your days relaxing or taking long coastal walks.



The house is designed with families in mind. Inside, you’ll find a good size open-plan lounge and dining area with comfy seating, a smart TV, and patio doors that let in the sea breeze. The well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials to make your stay feel just like home. A selection of board games to keep little ones entertained, while adults can relax on the sun deck with a coffee or a glass of wine.



There are three bedrooms – two doubles, and a twin – sleeping up to six guests in total comfort. There’s a family bathroom on the first floor, plus an en-suite shower room off the double bedroom and a separate downstairs shower room with WC offers plenty of space for everyone.



You’ll also have private off-road parking for up to three cars, a rare find this close to the beach. And if you're arriving by train, Normans Bay station is just a short 0.7 mile walk away, with direct trains from London Victoria to Normans Bay taking approximately taking 1 hour 43 minutes, making the house an easy and stress-free destination for a weekend break or longer stay.



The location is ideal for exploring East Sussex. Visit the historic Pevensey Castle, enjoy fish and chips on the beach, or take a hike on the South Downs Way. There is also a travel cot with a cosy mattress (used at guests own risk) but you will need to bring your own bedding for the cot.

Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.



For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
