The Little Traverse Bikeway runs through the Tannery Creek property, so it's an easy two miles to downtown Petoskey shopping, about six miles to downtown Harbor Springs, and connects Charlevoix, Alanson and points north on the converted rails-to-trails path.

There's a heated pool on site that operates from Memorial Day through Labor Day (no lifeguard on duty). The deck is perfect for a beverage while watching those great northern Michigan sunsets.

The unit has a newer kitchen (full-size stove, refrigerator, ice-maker, dishwasher) and a stack unit washer/dryer. There is cable television in the living room, kitchen and bedroom and a CD player as well as internet access (the password is prominently displayed).
Full-service grocery store is walking distance away.
