The modernly furnished and fully air-conditioned holiday apartment is spread over 2 floors and offers a beautiful living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and freezer), dining area, satellite TV and a comfortable sofa corner. The first large, air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed, large closet and TV is located on this floor. The adjoining daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. There is a utility room in the hallway where you will find the washing machine, cleaning utensils, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

You can enjoy your coffee on the balcony or in the beautiful lounge corner on the terrace on the upper floor.

Upstairs is the second bedroom (double bed 160X200), also with air conditioning, TV, closet and private bathroom with shower tray, toilet, bidet. The lounge invites you to linger outdoors.

The complex's pool is available to guests from mid-September to mid-September, 2 deck chairs are also available in the apartment. You can park your car comfortably in the private garage (no e-car charging point!).



The center can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes, as well as several beaches. The apartment is also an ideal starting point for cycle tourists who can take the inland routes towards Mantova or Verona from Peschiera, as well as the cycle paths along the lakeshore towards Sirmione, Desenzano or Lazise and Bardolino.
