Charming ground floor accommodation located within the "Residence Dogana" equipped with a swimming pool, just a few steps from the lake, beach and town centre, perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or in a group of up to 4 people.



The apartment welcomes guests with a bright living room, consisting of a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs and fully equipped kitchen. Through a French door you can access the private balcony overlooking the garden and the Residence pool. Followed by a bathroom with shower and bidet and a bedroom equipped with a double bed and wardrobe.



*The shared swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September, during the following hours from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 18.30. The use of a swimming cap is required.



*In the swimming pool area there are chairs, but it is not possible to bring loungers into the pool area. It is possible to use loungers on your own balcony and in the communal garden of the Residence (near the pool).

Peschiera del Garda is the quintessential Italian lakeside town, also called the fortified city due to the presence of its military fortress, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017. The historical testimonies of the city can be admired starting from the entrance to the historic centre, the Porta Verona, continuing towards the Museum of the Historic Palazzina, with frescoes dating back to the 1900s. Peschiera also offers wonderful beaches and amusement parks such as the famous Gardaland, easily reachable in 20 minutes by shuttle from Peschiera train station, or in just 10 minutes by car.



The apartment is only 25 minutes by car from Verona airport and about 5 minutes by car from Peschiera del Garda railway station.
