Important Notes:

Utilities are not included in the rental prices and will be charged extra according to consumption through reading of proper machine counters.

The road leading to the villa is paved and easily passable. Only in the last stretch the road is quite narrow.

The wood oven can be used at extra cost (please ask for more details)
