Villa Micol is a private villa with swimming pool in Le Marche, in the extraordinary setting of the San Bartolo Natural Park, that with its landscape between hills and sea is alone worth a trip. The villa overlooks the sea and is located in a strategic position, just 3 km far from sandy beaches and the center of Pesaro, a lively and dynamic city with rich museums, Renaissance palaces, villas, ancient churches and the Rossini theatre, which hosts every August the highly anticipated Rossini Opera Festival dedicated to opera music. In a short time it is also possible to reach the splendid ducal city of Urbino, the villages of Gradara, Candelara, Fiorenzuola di Focara and the Republic of San Marino. Perfect for those traveling with children and pets, this holiday house has a garden of over 800 square meters, including an outdoor dining area, brick barbecue and playing field. The moments of leisure and relaxation continue in the salt water swimming pool, divided into two sections, one of which is equipped with a double hydromassage function with shallow water, for greater safety of children. The area is ideal for both nature walks, with easy-to-follow paths and bike tours, along the lines of the Bicipolitana that runs through the entire city. For a unique food experience, plunge into the flavours and aromas of Pesaro cuisine with tastings in the vineyard, fish lunches on boat and cocktails at sunset with your feet on the sand. Absolutely worth trying is the famous Rossini Pizza, a margherita with hard-boiled egg and mayonnaise, passatelli with fish sauce and tagliatelle with beans, a signature dish of peasant tradition.

The villa is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with fireplace and dining area, equipped kitchen, four double bedrooms, one with an additional bunk bed and two bathrooms with shower. The living room and kitchen overlook a perimeter veranda protected by large windows, where there is a further dining area and relaxation corner with sofas and smart TV; from here you directly access both the pool area and the garden. An internal staircase leads to the lower floor composed of bathroom with shower and laundry area. A large free and private car park is available inside the property, which is entirely fenced.
