Villa Sibilla is a beautiful 16th century farmhouse, located on top of one of the Murlo hills, offering spectacular views of the medieval castle of Antognolla and its 18-hole golf course, particularly impressive by the large infinity pool. complete with jacuzzi.

Villa Sibilla can accommodate up to 12 guests in the main villa + 4 guests in the Olivo apartment
The main villa is on two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, the living-dining room-open plan kitchen, a bathroom and laundry.
The first floor is accessed via two staircases: from the first staircase you get to a king-size double bedroom (2 x 1.90mt) with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double room (0.85 x 1.90mt) and another double room (0.85 x 1.90mt) with en-suite bathroom with shower. From the second staircase you get to a king-size double bedroom (1.85 x 1.90mt) with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, a twin bedroom (0.85 x 1.90mt) and an additional king-size double bedroom size (2 x 1,90mt) with en-suite bathroom with shower.
The Olivo apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen equipped with a dining table, two double bedrooms (2 x 1.90m) with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Private heated pool (7m x 15m, depth 1.5m with step build) with Jacuzzi for 8 people (the pool and pool heating is available on request, pool and pool are not heated separately), sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas, outdoor dining table (12 seats) with pergola, panoramic terraces with outdoor seating for each apartment (12 in the main villa, 4 in the Olivo apartment, two in the Tiglio cottage), table tennis available on request, barbecue, fenced and landscaped private garden (10,000 m²), two well-equipped kitchens (each with dishwasher, fridge and oven - the main kitchen also has a microwave), LCD TV with Sky Italia TV and sports channels (3 ), DVD players (3), iPod docking station (2), Wi-Fi (villa, garden and pool), air conditioning throughout the villa, hairdryer in each bathroom, crib, high chair and children's bathtub upon request , laundry with 2 washing machines, iron and ironing board, central heating.
To reach the villa there are 3 km of gravel road. Please note that the roads are in good condition, but sometimes steep and with small stones like all country roads, so they are not suitable for low-altitude cars or sports cars.

INCLUSIONS:
- All the utilities (electricity, water, villa heating).
- Unlimited use of Wi-Fi internet access.
- Concierge Service from 9am to 7pm. Available for emergencies out of hours.
- Maid Service is provided in a time frame between 10am and 1pm (6 days a week excluding Sundays and public holidays for Villa Sibilla, Villa del Cammino, Villa Collinette, Villa Savino, Villa Torre and Villa Santa – included every day for Villa Piuma, Villa Ugo and Villa Molino). The total length of the service cannot be determined in advance as it depends on how many maids are servicing at the same time. Maid service includes cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms and a quick cleaning of the kitchen. Deeper cleaning for longer stays is provided once a week. Extra maid service is available on request at an extra charge, as indicated in our Service Book.
- Full gardening and pool cleaning service.
- Pool heating is not included, and price is based upon consumption if requested. Pool heating is not available from November to April, subject to weather conditions.
- Outdoor Jacuzzi at Villa Vibilla, Villa Torre, Villa Santa, and Villa Piuma is always heated and included in the price.
- The heating of the outdoor hot tub at Villa Savino is included in the price.
- The heating of the outdoor hot tub, sauna, and indoor whirlpool at Villa Molino is included in the price.
- Weekly linen and pool towel change if guests stay for 2 consecutive weeks or more.
- Change of bathroom towels twice per week.
- Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant (available every day for dinner time prior reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available.
- 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop.
- Final cleaning.
- Welcome hamper with Nespresso Capsules and Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered, but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service available on request at an extra cost.
- Soaps, shampoos, body lotion and shower caps in every bathroom.

GENERAL NOTES:
- Security Deposit € 1.500,00
- Villa Molino: Minimum stay of 2 nights all year long. No pets admitted. Only suitable for children over 14 years old.
- Transfer policy: only transfers arranged through the Tenuta Umbra Concierge Team are allowed to access the estate.
- We strongly suggest all our guests to have their own rental vehicle to move inside and outside Tenuta Umbra. Sport cars and low-height cars are not suitable for Tenuta Umbra white gravel roads.
- Extra services and activities: the Guest acknowledges and accepts that whatsoever service (e.g. catering, cooking, transfers, etc.) to the Guest and to his/her group during their stay and/or to the Property can only be provided by or through the restaurant and/or Tenuta Umbra and he/she undertakes to refrain from asking and/or buying services from third party providers/persons. Services/activities must be booked in advance as Tenuta Umbra cannot guaranteed availability if booked last minute.
- The welcoming service is intended for key collection and explanation of the villas. Please note that we cannot grant multiple welcoming services for the same group.
- We only accept weddings, parties or events at Villa Ugo. The maximum number of guests allowed is 55. Prices are upon request.
- It is preferable to explore the Estate on foot or by bike. Should you wish to move around the Estate by car, ask your Concierge for a transfer within the Estate.
- Check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability on the relevant day, to be confirmed with the Concierge Office. Late check-in after 8pm should be communicated in advance and will be charged a fee of 150 Euro. In any case we cannot provide a check in after midnight.
- Check-out is by 10:00 am.

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.
