Located a few minutes away from Londonderry and Manchester for great food, entertainment and groceries. Close to 4 different ski mountains Bromley (5 mins), Magic (10 mins) or Stratton and Okemo (under 30 mins). In the spring and summer enjoy hiking the Green Mountain National Forest, Hapgood State Park, close to many golf courses

The Space:
This spacious cabin is the perfect base for your retreat. On the first floor you'll find one and a half bathrooms and two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for families! Be delighted on the second floor with a full bathroom and a wonderfully bright open space with views of the woods. Ideal to sit around and play games near the fireplace, enjoy a movie on the TV, read a book or cook up a meal in the fully equipped and modern kitchen. Relax after a day of snowboarding/skiing or hiking in the sauna or enjoy the evening on the deck when the weather is nice!

The cabin includes all the amenities you'd expect including modern appliances, dishwasher, wifi, washer/dryer, heating, AC, toiletries, grill, fireplace, board games, TV and plenty of space for uncovered car parking.

*4x4 or AWD vehicle required during winter months*

Other Things to Note:
- the dirt road has a 20mph speed limit
- no parties
- no animals/dogs
- no smoking
- the loft space is not open to guests, private area please do not climb the stairs
- please be considerate of neighbors and respect quiet hours after 10pm
- 4x4 or AWD is highly recommended given winter conditions
- there is an exterior security camera facing the driveway. The house has a security system and door sensors indoors (no recording/cameras inside the cabin).

- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
