This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday apartment in the Apollo Quay complex is an amazing location with its own boat jetty and 2 car parking bays.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday apartment in the Apollo Quay complex is an amazing location with its own boat jetty and 2 car parking bays. Walking distance to the Mandurah Foreshore and all that it offers with Cafes, restaurants and pubs. Free Wifi with 3 TVs in the apartment. Main bedroom has a Queen bed with a TV, second bedroom one single bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have a sliding door out to the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with Espresso coffee machine. Ensuite and second bathroom with a powder room downstairs. Swimming pool and BBQ area in the complex is available for your use. Entire complex is non smoking.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to complete a pre check-in to verify your identity. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
- No pets
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
