- The apartment is on the third floor so you need to climb stairs.
Loss of Carpark gate remote will incure a replacement fee of $160
Damaged or stained linen will incur replacement costs so please don`t use towels for hair dying or make up removal.
Excess Cleaning : If property is left in a very dirty state then additional cleaning costs will be charged at $40/hr
