Living in Australia means sharing space with native creatures, including ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, and spiders, particularly in warmer months. While we implement regular cleaning, pest control, and secure food storage, an occasional visitor may appear. If this happens, let us know, and we’ll assist as best we can.



Snakes:

To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, a Minut sensor is installed in the dining/living area. This device monitors noise levels, temperature, and detects cigarette smoke. Please be aware that smoking inside the property is prohibited, and the sensor will alert us to any violations.
