This holiday home ticks all the boxes for a family getaway. Offering stylish interiors and a convenient location, it’s a great base to explore Perth. 3 Queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a light and bright open plan living area and a great patio for alfresco dining and relaxation combine to provide an ideal comfortable retreat. Close to shops, eateries and public transport, and a short drive to Perth centre and the beach, it’s perfect for your next holiday!

The many inclusions and the stylish presentation of this delightful home lend themselves perfectly to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With a neutral palette and plenty of natural light, it has a relaxed holiday vibe.

The open-plan living area is zoned into a lounge, dining area, and kitchen. The lounge has a comfortable leather sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table and a smart TV, an overhead fan, and air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen overlooks the dining suite, which seats 4, and there are two stools on the kitchen benchtop. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped and includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave. Enjoy cooking indoors or head outside through the glass sliding doors to the fabulous covered outdoor area and utilise the BBQ. Here there is an outdoor sofa as well as a bar table with four stools, perfect for all-weather entertaining or relaxing.

The 3 bedrooms all have queen beds, are carpeted, and are light and stylishly appointed. The master has a walk-in robe and an ensuite with shower, vanity, and toilet, as well as a split-system air conditioner. With a large window and armchair, it feels luxurious, perfect for a holiday! Both the other Queen bedrooms have built-in robes and share use of the family bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet with ceiling fans to stay cool.

There is a fully equipped laundry room, which has access to the clothes line to the side of the house. There is also a double lock-up garage.

Our property operates with back-to-back bookings, so early check-ins and late check-outs may be limited.

To guarantee an early check-in, consider booking the night before. Alternatively, if available, an early check-in may be possible for an additional fee.

For late check-outs, booking an extra night might be necessary. If there are no immediate guests following your stay, we may be able to offer a late check-out for a fee.

For additional comfort, bedrooms 2 and 3 are equipped with ceiling fans to keep you cool on warmer days.

👉 BBQ Etiquette:
Enjoy a sizzling barbecue on our outdoor grill, but please remember to clean it thoroughly after use. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

👉 Family-Friendly Amenities:
Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered! Highchairs and cots are available for hire. Just remember to bring your own cot linen for your baby's comfort.

👉 Linen & Towels:
We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.

Our property features a standard residential garage for your vehicle. Please note that there are height restrictions, so larger vehicles may not be suitable. For your safety and convenience, on-street and driveway parking are not permitted.

Nollamara is a northern suburb of Perth, less than 10 km from the Perth central business district and only a 15 minute drive from Trigg beach. It's a great location to spend your holiday in as it’s well-positioned to explore Perth and has easy access to the airport which is less than 20 minutes’ drive away.

The area is characterised by extensive trees, parks and recreational facilities. The newly renovated Des Penman Reserve is only just over 1 km away. It includes tennis, soccer, lawn-bowls, playground, shaded lunch areas and BBQ facilities. There is also a reserve just around the corner.

Nollamara shops are just a short drive to the south east and Mirrabooka shops are a 3 minute drive to the north east, both providing a wide range of eateries, shops and supermarkets. Head to the delightful coastal hub of Scarborough, 20 minutes’ drive for a special lunch or dinner.

To entertain the children there’s Perth Ice Arena, a roller skating rink and a rock climbing gym in Malaga, near the Mirrabooka shops, as well as the wonderful facilities as Trigg Beach, one of Perth's most popular beaches for surfers and board riders but also appealing for swimmers. Mettam's Pool, which is to the north of the main surf/swim area, is great for snorkelling. There is also a popular children’s playground nearby.

As part of living in Australias natural environment, we want to let you know that household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, spiders etc are common in Australia and are more common during the spring and summer seasons. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular cleaning between each guest, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement before being provided with your arrival instructions.
Strictly no parties or events. You will be evicted without refunds.

Report any damaged or lost items in a timely manner; you will be required to reimburse the cost of repairs or replacement.

Exactly as it's pictures illustrate.

Property was immaculate, well taken care of and designed with furnishings that provided colour, vibrance and warmly feel throughout. The courtyard was private and welcoming, usable to entertain the odd friend or two that stopped in to say hi. The airconditioning worked very well as did all the appliances provided. Bed was comfortable and all the linen provided was clean and presented well throughout. Overall I would recommend this property to others needing accommodation in the suburbs but still within close proximity to other areas such as the city, airport and beach.
